Normalcy bias, except the "normal" that these fools have is what they group-think feed each other. They really do think that the press has total control over what the public believes.
Judges and legal scholars have the same kind of blinders, and obviously, that group is cut from the same sack of cloth that legislators come from. Another worthless bunch of fools, making things up in order to get the outcome they prefer.

Yup.......I am in Arkansas. Same thing here....Over 50% of the working people with full time jobs, get all or a portion of their check from government.
Add to that 40% on public assistance and you have your support for trump, who loves poor people and not so smart people and the indigent.
Translated, that means they won’t see a cut in pay because of the debt.
