They’re both good as far as I’m concerned, it just depends on what I’m in the mood for...
If I just finished hiking in the Sierras, Carl’s is it...high carb, high protein...
If I’m slumming around and feel like something light, but meaty...a “protein style” double-double is just what the dr. ordered.

HCA has been there for decades. People from HCA seem to like it fine, too.

They were mentioned throughout the entire movie, which is typically worth tons of marketing cash, and Carl’s Jr corporate has a sense of humor.

Mine is worth a little more than that and the property tax is about $2500.

No In n Out in my area, have to go 87 miles one way just for a jalapeno burger.
Needless to say I usually only eat about one or two a year.

We have a few In and Out Burgers around here. One is five minutes from the House. I pass a Carls Jr. to get there and there is a Mickey D’s right across the street form them.
Double-Double, best Burger ever along with their Fries.
Mickey’s has Big Mac Monday ($2.19 each) and All Day Breakfast, Carls Jr. always has Discount Coupons but when you have to have a In and Out, you have to have In and Out.
It’s a wonder I’m not 300 pounds, but I do everything in moderation.

... it is a good deal for the locals who work and earn wages. Not so good for visitors and those who live off government checks.I was living in Nebraska, then moved to Tennessee in '93. Benefits of the move...no state income tax, much lower real estate property taxes (more than 50% lower), lower car license fees. Higher sales tax rate had a relatively minimal over-all effect.

Nashville is probably as liberal as anyplace. It's a capitol city and a university town.
Thus, full of government workers, faculty and students. Not to mention the standard welfare segment.
Takers all.
