OOOps Police have convinced Trump to cancel. The threat of violence both inside the event and outside is too great. They will re-schedule at a later time. My guess they will have the event in another location.

The gentleman said it was being postponed until a later date. But, could be cancelled completely I suppose.

It’s unfortunate that the thugs seem to have won, but it’s the best for everyone’s safety. Obviously the SS and police know more that we do.
If there is any consolation, it’s that all those idiots had to stand in line for hours to get inside or get off their beds or sofas and be outside for naught. I feel sorry for those that really wanted to hear Mr. T.

It’s been 20 years since I used to go down to UIC and yet it’s still largely (here I will sound like a racist) non-white (60%) and it just didn’t have a good vibe, to me.
I’ve thought all along Trump shouldn’t do a rally downtown, it’s just too convenient for all sorts of lowlife types to wander over who wouldn’t pay the fare to ride out to the burbs. LIke the Allstate Arena, which seats 18,500.

I’m watching on right side. The second it looked like Trump was coming on a bunch of protesters erupted in the back then the feed went down.
