I predict that the GOPe passes Obola’s SC nominee, DOJ indicted Hilda and drops out. Obama takes his case directly to the SC and sues that a 3rd term is unconstitutional and runs for a 3rd term
To: SeekAndFind
“NO” to any of them.....
Listen up Mitch. You are going to hold the line on this. Onambla’s nominee is not going hear anythign other than NO..

I know it’s a weird idea but maybe putting an American on the highest court would be a cool thing.

Why not? He has always caved in the past.

Somebody is going to have to brace Mitch up in the saddle like El Cid. His invertebrate nature is sure to show itself within a day of the nominee being announced.

How can obama sue regarding a 3rd term, when the constitution prohibits being elected to a 3rd term?

The Constitution also prohibits a non, natural-born citizen from being President. That didn’t stop him.

McC could say that his office was deluged with Kentuckians demanding a liberal court nominee, and he had to oblige them.

What? He did not nominate himself? I am shocked, I tell you shocked.
