How nice for your “conservative” friends. GOPe, by definition, are NOT conservative. They are part of the Uniparty, the Elites, the Establishment, like Cruz.
I don’t want to be in any way associated with a GOPe. I agree with Ann Coulter, who has identified them as TRAITORS.

I have “conservative” friends inside the GOPee and I will always stand with those I respect and love. This is not about a party, but an idea. If my friends choose to work that idea inside the party I will back them and respect them. No reason to burn the barn down because of the rats.
I agree he is a willing participant. Heck he probably believes he is part of the in-crowd.
But I do believe he is being used and will be discarded in the end.

A few protesters, but that’s because nikos kept them in line in Bloomington and they never recovered!
This is first Rally this morning, I had to leave to work and missed most of it. Amazing watching him get off the plane. :)

It is admirable to stand by those you love, and I commend you.
I think we’re talking about apples and oranges re: GOPe because there are no conservatives in the GOPe. There are conservatives within the party, but not the GOPe.
The elites have been in control for decades. The conservatives have had plenty of years to make the necessary changes, but they can’t because the elites maintain control via their rules conventions and strategies. Then they tell us each election cycle, after they win the primaries, that we must unite behind the party.
There are too many GOPe in leadership positions who control the party. Time to, as you say, “burn down the barn”, and hopefully from the ashes will arise an honest, God-fearing party who respect We the People again.

Do you have any evidence whatsoever of any cheating at the Maine Caucuses? If so which counties? I attended the Republican caucus in Hancock County, Maine. I voted for Trump. The registration, id checks, and voting were all above board. Cruz won, Trump did not. I was very disappointed. But Trump’s loss did not mean Cruz cheated.

I heard Penn Jillette (from Penn and Teller) on the radio last summer right after Trump announced his candidacy. Jillette said even though he disagrees with Trump politically, he thinks highly of him because Trump commands respect in the meeting room and knows how to get things done.
Re reading parts of thread.
Its too messy and too detailed for trump to go into at a rally. He would be crucified for even bridging the subject but once in office it will be any easy situation to remedy
McCain and Kerry got appointed to a committee dealing with the military. Neither wanted their own records available to the public. Too make it less obvious of what they were doing they sealed MILITARY records dealing with Vietnam. At least enough that the families of MIA and possible POWs were all sealed. It made it impossible for families searching to know the last known location or mission of their loved ones
Every president since has been petitioned to open these record. It was accomplished through an EO by Clinton Both Kerry and McCain have fought it. And there was much rumor of who was blackMALEing whom.
When Trump made the comment last summer it was a shot across the bow.
Repealing the order will open the records of all including Kerry and McCain.
