It Is ILLEGAL To Protest At Campaign Rallies (H.R. 347, Signed by Obama Feb. 2012)

According to H.R. 347 (signed into law by Barack Hussein Obama in February, 2012) it is ILLEGAL under CURRENT FEDERAL to protest of any type, in an area under protection by the U.S. Secret Service.

Because Donald Trump is under Secret Service Protection (as is Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders) and has been since November of 2015, it is a FEDERAL CRIME to protest at campaign rallies, and is in fact, punishable by imprisonment.

Free Speech isn't covered at ANY Trump, Clinton, Sanders (or Cruz, Rubio, Kasich) rally because protests are considered to be "knowingly impeding or disrupting the orderly conduct of an official Federal function."

Until Donald Trump's Secret Service protection is revoked, Trump can legally kick protesters out of his rallies no matter what they do.

Read it and weep, libs. Your "President" signed it. He did it to protect himself at his own rallies in 2012. Now it comes back to haunt the Democrats and they don't like it.

BLM would be shopping a Federal judge immediately if they don’t have one already. I would bet good money that there would be an injunction pending judicial review of this statute in place within a day or two if Trump or any law enforcement agency tried to invoke it.

Well there is a state exemption built in IF THERE IS TOUGHER STATE STANDARD but there’s simply no way to justify letting that dipstick go yesterday. The service probably should have turned him over to federal rather local authorities. Trump as usual is correct - what they did in KC last night was illegal.

I'm not having any luck with this research: I can't find a list of which US Senators voted for this law, or perhaps it passed by unanimous consent? Because if Cruz, Rubio and/or Sanders voted for this law, they either (1) don't know what they vote for or (2) don't think laws they voted for should protect Mr. Trump

If any of them missed the vote, it would be interesting to know why they didn't think this was important enough to vote on.

Either way, this law demonstrates that what we've got going on is hypocrisy to whole new levels. A law was passed to protect Obama but they don't even mention it when they blame Trump for the protests?

No protester speech is impeded by the passage of this statute. The only thing impeded is they can’t cross the cordon set by the Secret Service during an event. Obviously Trump can’t exercise his first amendment right if he must appear on stage with Spike Lee right?

Yeah, I’m surprised the usual players who hate Trump haven’t advocated their ISIS friends taking him out. I think we have a few here with Trump hatred obsession who wouldn’t mind that scenario.

I found that page you cited. It has how the House voted. But I couldn’t find anything about a tally of how US Senators voted.

Please keep digging and let me know what you find. The House and Senate bill numbers won’t be the same.

I lit a candle for Mr. Trump’s safety before Divine Liturgy this morning!

I enjoy seeing the disruptors ejected from Trump rallies!!!!

America had some BIG protests at some early Presidential rallies, (post G. Washington - up through FDR's 1st term election) yet we survived.

I thought I read there that it was unanimous for the Senate and no roll call vote taken.

I read that, too, but wondered if it was unanimous consent for the changes or unanimous consent for the bill with changes. If that's the final time it passed the US Senate, we can conclude that Rubio, Cruz, and Sanders voted for the law.

What hypocrites they are. Instead of blaming Trump for the protestors at the rallies, they should point out that they're violating federal law (which they helped pass) by protesting at Trump rallies!
