The conversation at Breitbart had to be come clean and retract your story or resign.
Resigning gave her the opportunity to come out ahead. Especially since her BF Ben resigned too.
The Jupiter Police have been investigating this and probably shared with her and the Editor their conclusion.
She will say that she had to drop the case from pressure from the Trump campaign.
She is going to take a few days off and find her "safe space".
If this happened to anyone and it was a lie as this one is turning out to be, we all would be defending the victim.

Trump didn’t punish Fields and Shapiro. The truth did. A previously unknown video surfaces comfirming it was a hoax, and by the end of the day Fields and Shapiro resign.
Mark my words she will be dropping the charges or else get charged herself. That Terris guy at WaPo is sweating bullets now too I promise you.
What is apparent from that video is that, at the very least, the assault allegation against Lewandowski has been grossly overhyped.
Yeah, I’ll bet he’s feeling pretty stupid about now.

There should be a penalty for anyone who invokes Andrew Breitbart in times like this.
People who barely knew him, to his closest friends, are all ‘experts’ in what he would be doing now, if not rolling in his grave.

Do you understand your choices in this race? It’s Trump or establishment, period. There’s no other outsider just Washington insiders who show their colors more each day.
