Actually, thinking ahead, I think it’s a serious point.
In the current year (or in the future), I’m not sure I can imagine an ineligible person who has won a popular vote landslide and submitted >270 electoral votes being denied - not by the Supreme Court, and not by Congress.
It’s a defect brought about by the victory of democracy over our republic.

My problem with Cruz is his lies. He lied in a debate about how great his record was on Immigration. He blasted Rubio and Trump and lied about what he did.

True. Cruz tried to get a senate resolution like the one given to McCain. Cruz was turned down.

That is very interesting..he obviously knows he’s bogus. Also explains why he changed the subject during the Jake Tapper interview in Iowa. Tapper asked him what NBC meant. cruz launched into this “one parent, settled issue” nonsense, and then quickly changed the subject. He is a complete fraud. I hope he twists slowly in the wind.
There is nothing they can do, he is fully qualified to be VP.
