Someone should tell Jeb that Cruz has only won 3 primaries vs 15 for Trump

Bother to read the article? First paragraph

In a surprise announcement, Jeb Bush will endorse Ted Cruz on Wednesday as an antidote to the “divisiveness and vulgarity” of Donald Trump, providing a badly needed boost to the Texas senator – but it’s one that comes dangerously late in a game that Trump is dominating.

How can Cruz supporters be happy about Jeb and Romney endorsements?? How can they not question who Cruz really is??

Yes I did read it. It did not say from what State Jeb said this. It said Ted was in New York but that is not what I was asking.

Is there still a doubt that Cruz is no longer an 'outsider'?

Actually, yes, there is more than a doubt. Cruz is an outsider, and the insiders would prefer Trump over Cruz (as they indicated many times before Rubio flamed out). However, Cruz is their best chance for an open convention. This isn't a sincere endorsement, it's a last ditch effort to get a brokered convention that can force a true insider on us.

Cruz would make a better president now than Trump - if Cruz could win the nomination and the election. That's not going to happen, so I'll be voting for Trump as the most conservative candidate who has a chance. I'll also be watching Cruz over the next eight years. If Trump wins, Cruz is one of my top contenders to replace him in eight years, depending on how Cruz maintains his conservatism. If an insider (Hillary/Bernie/Kasich) wins, there won't be a country left in eight years, so it won't matter what happens other than prayer . . . and preparations for another Civil War.

Oh you have of a few of these “true conservatives” openly cheer it on FR. The standard boilerplate response I’ve seen is “whatever it takes”.

In the end, they want to be liked by the Gope and the press.

Eh I’d be willing to bet Jebra would endorse Kim Jong Un if Un stood a chance of taking out Trump.

Low Energy Jeb endorses Lyin’ Ted Cruz.

Them insiders sure know how to stick together.

And remember, Jeb is thick as thieves with Hillary, handing a liberty medal a few years ago, AFTER Benghazi.

Trump is the only way anything will change.

Lindsey Graham, Jeb Bush, Mitt Romney and Glenn Beck are all on Ted Cruz’s team now. If I was a Ted Cruz supporter I would feel like puking.

Since Cruz is such an "outsider", has he come out and denounced this endorsement yet? Really, why not?

I mean, we've established (Ted) that if you don't immediately come out and denounce an endorsement from someone you don't agree with, you're FOREVER linked to the policies of that endorsement, right?

And you can rightfully be labeled by that endorsement as well.....

Just following that "high road" you're driving, Ted.
