NUKE HUD!!!!

It is unconstitutional. That’s all that should need to be said. But apparently more is needed to convince folks. OK, how about HUD does much more harm that good. It is another arm of the government that interferes with the economy and creates more poverty.

This has always been one of his great Marxist schemes, to break down the neighborhoods and turn them all into crime ridden drug infested slums while he and his cronies luxuriate in their off limits gated communities or retire on tropical islands away from the proletariat.

The already have ‘affordable housing’. It is my understanding there that nearly all of the homes in the more upscale neighborhoods have OWNERS.

Therefore they are ‘affordable’, at least to enough people.

Here is an interesting line of thought. If the populace is equally distributed then blacks will never make up more than about 14% of any area. That would mean no place would ever be majority black. Liberals hate math except when the can use it to perpetuate lies. Liberals want black representation but hate safe white districts. The math says if enough blacks live in one place their will be other places with no blacks and it will have nothing to do with white racism. The actual cause would be the preference of blacks to live with other blacks.

Excellent move. It has always been unfair that criminals have to live in areas where you can’t make a livable take.

Moving poor boys to richer neighborhoods causes PTSD:

So a whole bunch of people who worked their tails off to afford a nice neighborhood with good schools are about to be blessed with neighbors who had it handed to them. Crime, drugs, graffiti, break-ins, all KINDS of wonderful vibrancy will result. The decent people will be forced to move. The neighborhood will go downhill and turn into a dump. To be repeated all over this nation.

This is called "the magic dirt" theory. The MDT states that simply by placing impoverished people in rich areas, the impoverished people will then experience financial riches and educational gains just like the people in the rich areas.

The people who live in the rich areas are benefiters of magic dirt or soil. Simply by where they live, they have found immense wealth and other goodies. The MDT states that that's unfair to poor people who don't live in magic dirt areas.

<>In June 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that federal housing law allows people to challenge zoning laws and other housing practices that have a “disparate” or harmful impact on minority groups, even if there is no proof that the discrimination was intentional.<>

Good grief, how many more outrages are needed to convince otherwise thinking people that their sovereignty has been stolen? Neither congress nor scotus have a constitutional or natural law power to force racial integration.

We are no longer self-governing. Five oligarchs in scotus and a muslim illegally push around 320+ millions.

But hey, just STFU and keep voting.

...“Every person deserves a fair shot at opportunity, and that starts with a decent, safe, and affordable place to call home,” HUD Secretary Julián Castro said in the March 15 announcement...

What about my right to a decent and safe place to call home?

When the government moves a bunch of ghetto dwellers of any color next door to me they bring their crime with them. My nice suburban neighborhood becomes a smorgasbord of theft opportunities, eliminating my safety, and stealing my property's value.

Property taxes need to be by number of rooms.

A house with nine rooms might pay $2,700/year in tax. A house with five rooms might pay $1,500/year in tax.

The newcomers should pay close to their fair share.

If they get equal schooling, they should pay equal school taxes.

The best houses in the Baltimore area are pretty much all in Baltimore City.

About half of the best houses in the Detroit area are in Detroit itself.

Detroit went to being one of the nicest cities in the USA (1880’s) to the most affluent large city (1950) to what it is today.

Quality obviously didn’t trickle down.

NO! Do not do it!

“Affordable” in liberal lexicon means substandard. Tehy are attempting to spread poverty around for their political gain.

Here in Florida, if land is zoned for twelve units an acre, builders will put in what they call villas.

In the 1960’s, builders would have built garden apartments.

The real estate types know how to milk the buying public.
