Bernie Sanders paid same department upfront
Multiple police departments in Iowa say they still have not been reimbursed for services provided to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, according to local WHOtv.com.
The Des Moines Police Department and the Marshalltown Police Department both say they are owed money from the Clinton campaign.
In Des Moines, the campaign still hasn’t paid for $1,800 worth of services provided last October for a Katy Perry concert. The campaign told WHOtv.com that it will pay the bill as soon as it receives an invoice, but the Des Moines Police Department provided a copy of the invoice that was already sent on Nov. 19, 2015.
The Marshalltown Police Department also says it has “requested reimbursement from the Clinton campaign” but that it still hasn’t received the payment. The campaign held two events in the small town in January and requested that the police provide added security.

Issue a warrant for her arrest. ANY other citizen would suffer the same fate for unpaid bills.
The harridan queen is not subject to the laws of mere serfs.
I would love to see something like an arrest warrant for her. It will never happen. Someone else will be coerced into paying if the bill gets paid at all.
Future contractors and other hired help probably get their files shown to them and some words about Fort Marcie park.
She’s a Clinton, a lifelong deadbeat. Why would anyone expect anything else from these moochers?
They’ll never get paid.
They won’t arrest her for treason, so they won’t arrest her for stiffing some police department.
Unless that is something Trump is looking to change, we don’t arrest people for bad debts. Check pre-Colonial England for “Debtors Prisons”.
I suggest you skip out on a debt. See if they don’t put a “bench warrant” out on you. Most likely, unless it is a large amount they won’t pursue you, but if you go back to that town, you will be arrested.

CLITs are well known for stiffing people. So anyone not DEMANDING a retainer from her first deserves what they don’t get.
That does not occur anywhere in the US.
There are no criminal “bad debt” laws.
If you try to hinder a secured lienholder from re-possessing or sell mortgaged property, yes that is a criminal act.

After this, communities should insist on her paying in advance.
Not arrest, but file a judgment for a bad debt, along with collection costs and interest at 1.5% a month.
