I first heard of ‘shelter in place’ in connection with Saddam’s threatened gas attacks against Israel in 1991.
I am sure this is not a true report. Washington D.C has laws against these things,and anyone who can READ, knows that it is against the law to carry weapons. Anyone thinking that there are people who carry weapons are just spreading rumors. Just rumors I say. No guns in the DC area..... If I repeat this enough, maybe you will believe.
