A black woman identified as a San Francisco State University employee accuses a white student wearing dreadlocks of "cultural appropriation" in a new video. *** SFGate contacted San Francisco State for a comment regarding the authenticity of the video, but has not received a reply.
In the video, the woman accosts the student in a hallway of a campus building.
"You're saying I can't have a hairstyle because of your culture? Why?" asks the incredulous student.
"Because it's my culture," the woman says.
The man informs her that dreadlocks we're "in Egyptian culture" and asks rhetorically "Are you Egyptian? Nah, man, you're not."
The woman throws that right back at the student. "Are you Egyptian?" she asks. "Wait, where's Egypt?"
*** "You know what, girl, you have no right to tell me what I can and cannot wear," he says while trying to pass her in order to go up a flight of stairs.
At this point the woman grabs the man's arm in an attempt to stop him.
"Yo, girl, stop touching me now," he says, before shaking free. "I don't need your disrespect."
He then storms off. Meanwhile, the woman confronts the videographer, saying "Why are you filming this?" and reaching for the camera.

This woman has made a fool out of herself in a public place, that is why he’s filming it. She should be named and shamed.

SO according to her the english musician Sting, of The Police should pay restitution for misappropriating Reggae music. The Police combined Reggae with world and classical music, to make this sort of music accessible to many who wouldn’t have paid much attention to it otherwise.

When I would drive the boyfriend home at night from the girl’s good neighborhood to his bad, I would tell him (them) to aspire to have her lifestyle and living standards, not vice versa.
