A second federal judge said Tuesday he will allow a conservative legal group to seek more documents and depositions in a lawsuit over access to emails sent or received by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth issued an order Tuesday granting limited discovery to Judicial Watch. The group sued in 2014 over whether the State Department properly responded to public records requests related to Clinton’s time as the nation’s top diplomat. …

Looking back now....she has to be thinking that taking that stupid worthless Secretary of State job was the worst mistake of her life. There’s no resume-builder from this episode, and by getting into the private e-mail server business....she’s up for possible jail time.

She was looking for gravitas but instead found top secret yoga lessons and cookie recipes.

Bit by bit the trap closes. I was dubious before this, but at last I believe that a few more months will see the end of her.

Nope, it is arrogance and a sense of entitlement that makes her believe she will get away with it. There is no sense of regret in this woman.

If the FBI can recover all the emails she deleted, I will not be surprised in the least if they show Hillary committed treason by selling the influence of her position as SOS to foreign interests in exchange for donations and/or speaking gigs for Bill.

Think about this. The press is only barely interested in the 30,000 emails she deemed work related and State released heavily redacted. They are absolutely silent on the fact she deleted 30,000 other emails. That is the equivalent of letting defendant pick a choose what they provide in a deposition.

Imagine what Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin are thinking...

For Hillary to walk off and do no time...I think Mills has to collapse and provide all cover. The feds and the judge stuck in this probably will allow Mills to do that...but if you were Mills...what do you want in return? A couple million dollars? It just opens you up for more prosecution if they figure out that Mills was paid off. I’m guessing they’ve bugged both Mills and Abedin’s phones.

Jake Sullivan and Patrick Kennedy are also vulnerable, will they fall on the sword for Madame Secretary?

Hillary’s Secretary of State job was a criminal enterprise.

She extorted funds from countries and companies and forced them to pay the Clinton Foundation if they wanted her support on various ventures and policies.

That is why she had a private email server.

This is not rocket science, folks—this is the Clinton grifter family here.

Ironically, if the Constitution
Article 1 Section 9:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state
actually means something, Hillary was in the wrong over those foreign government donations and honoraria (“gifts” and “emoluments”) no matter what rationale may be adduced for them. She should have obtained separate congressional approval for each instance of such, and all she got was Obama’s agreement, and not for each instance even at that.

It would appear that, as principal of both the Clinton Foundation and her marriage to Bill, she was standing where you stood to nix both types of transactions, and was obligated to do so. And would be required to disgorge all that dough if she were sued in civil court. But obviously I am not a lawyer, or I wouldn’t believe such silly things.

The Clintons have hundreds of millions of dollars. They can afford to buy their loyalty.
