Only Trump has a realistic path to a delegate majority.

“And Trump is the only one who can beat Hillary.”

Are you serious? Trump is trailing her by 14%, 17% and 13% in the last three head to head polls I saw. Cruz is running neck and neck with her.

Personally, I think Trump and Cruz have done so much damage, there will never be unity between he two camps and Hillary will win a landslide against either one of them.

Excuse me.

Trump needs to debate Cruz one on one.

But he’s Chick’n so he won’t.

He’ll get his butt handed to Himself. Believe me.

Trump is not man enough. He’s EVERYTHING HE HAS ACCUSED OTHERS OF BEING. You know the list.

And don’t give me this crap “They’ve already debated.” We both know that those debates were watered down entertainment venues. I’m talking about an issues debate, man to man.

“Cruz could easily finish with more delegates than trump with current trends.”

We’ll have to see if Wisconsin is a bell weather. Trump should still win NY as it is his home state. But we’ll see if the rest of the states start lining up against Trump. He blew his lead in Wisconsin, so it could happen everywhere else too. Trump has been acting like a bigger asshole than usual the last month. I think many people are getting put off by him

This doesn't make a lot of sense. It's Cruz who has been electing his own loyalists to nominally Trump delegate seats. Has Trump "raided" even one Cruz delegate in like manner?

Cruz is done. His so called “delegates” were raided hard.

Don’t you find it troublesome that Cruz never denied the allegations in the National Enquirer? Sure, he said the story was false, but he never said “I’ve never been unfaithful to my wife, I’ve never had an affair, I don’t know these women, etc.” He didn’t even seem upset when addressing the charges and he chose his words carefully—not something you’d expect from someone as smart and savvy as him. I expected outrage or a statement like Bill Clinton made when he was hit with the Monica scandal, although we all knew Bill was lying through his teeth. LOL.

If Cruz becomes the nominee I have a feeling this story will come back to haunt him. And he won’t be dealing with wimpy Republicans but with Hillary and her goons in the media. And we all know how that will turn out.

And maybe, just maybe, cruzettes can explain how they believe that Teddy the TOOL will change anything, IF he succeeds?

How does it work longfellow? If you’ve been bought and paid for by the establishment, and are in bed with McConnell/Bush/Ryan/Rinse/Hatch/Club for Growth/Singer - how do you buck the system? How does that work?

Teddy the TOOL - what he won’t do to be relevant.

Interesting maps, thanks for posting that. The red/purple distribution shows that the counties Trump won are in more rural parts of Wisconsin, while Cruz’s counties are centered around the more urban parts of the state and the counties across from Minneapolis. And Hillary got trounced everywhere, which is also interesting.

Excuse me.

"chance" ? yes.

Won't happen. At least not until the second ballot - when his chances improve - slightly.

Believe me.

“Trump will be done in by his massive ego. The self-inflicted woulds of the past two weeks are the beginning of the end for his campaign.”

Good.

Are you serious? There’s no national vote. Go google “electoral college”.

In state by state mathups, FL is a MUST win state and Cruz can’t win FL, nevermind OH and PA, the other MUST win states.

Those polls you’re looking at represents the DNC picking the republican candidate.

“Personally, I think Trump and Cruz have done so much damage, there will never be unity between he two camps and Hillary will win a landslide against either one of them.”

You can thank Romney for all that.

Cruz won’t win FL and the Hillary will be announced President-elect early on election night.

Good lord, seriously?
Trump may well get 75- 85% of NY voters.
Cruz bots said the same thing about Florida!
Btw, Cruz is detested here and would lose Florida again by a heavy margin.
Fact.

“It is very unlikely that Trump can get the 1237 he needs now. Possible, but very unlikely at this point.”

GOPe talking point fail, odds are he will hit it with little trouble as Cruz is not looking good going forward and many WTA’s are on the path.

cruz has been asking Kasich to step aside as he has no chance of getting the number m and yet cruz knew since way back after his big defeats on Super Tuesday FL etc that it was over for him too.

Well the GOPe machine in Wisconsin showed itself to be polished and well oiled.. It did deliver an 13 point win for Cruz.. But in spite of early talk Cruz did not get 50%. Kudos to Cruz and Jeb.

The question is, where does he replicate this going forward? The remaining states do not have this. Trump did self inflict some wounds, the dumbest had to be the Heidi Cruz tweet: however most of the narrative out of last night that Trump is done, and he’s doing bad with women erc etc is just nonsense.

He’s up huge in NY.. Could that change in 2 weeks? Perhaps but I would doubt it. Right now if polling is accurate Trump may just sweep NY. Though I would assume Cruz would probably win a district here and there, or at least get enough for a delegate here and there.

Trump should be still more than on target after NY in 2 weeks.

This loss will show what Trump is made of, will he regroup and rise or will he fall apart? Nearly every campaign has this sort of moment. We shall see.

Sadly for the next 2 weeks we are going to have to endure the silliness that Trump can’t win now as the press talks up for drama and ratings.

Did the other get smaller? Yes, did it become impossible? No. On the 26th Unless something drastic changes, Cruz becomes eliminated from being able to win 1237 mathematically.

If Trump comes out of NY dominant then the two weeks of parrot squawking is ended. Just have to put up with it until then.

Kudos again to Cruz and Bush, the Wisconsin machine did you proud.
