Being successful in real estate requires less business acumen then virtually any other business. It just requires inheriting a ton of money to buy up real estate.

And if we think TV reality show celebrities make good Presidents, there’s still the chance to parachute Kim Kardashian in at the convention on the 5th ballot.

So then our choice would be either a big butt or someone with a big butt?

I don't think that's right. Green Papers seems to say they're bound to who they claim to be supporting at their local convention. They can run as uncommitted, but so far it looks all the ones running to be bound to Cruz are winning.

National Convention Delegates are bound according to the Presidential candidate (or uncommitted) indicated on their intent to run form.

“Trump/Kardashian ‘16!!!!”

“I’m going to make America great again!!! My first act as President will be to nominate a rock solid justice to the Supreme Court, Judge Judy!!!!”

“For my second act of greatness, I alone will solve the healthcare crisis, with my new Surgen General Dr. Oz!!!!”

“Finally, the national endowment of the arts will finally get the recognition it deserves, as all future grants will be approved by current season’s judges on America’s Got Talent!!!!”

That would significantly improve the National Endowment for the Arts.

And Judge Judy would be a better nominee than whoever Hillary puts up.

Surgeon General is one of those positions we just need to eliminate...

60% of the CO party activists vying to be a delegate want to stay unbound until the Rep Con. Says so right here in the Denver Post.

Trump makes 1,237 most of these guys will vote Trump and probably will do so even if he gets close to that number.

Nope, I live in CO and have attended some Republican functions, including the earlier precinct caucuses, and most are supporting Cruz here in CO.

Sorry to burst your bubble!..

All 3 delegate slots in the CD7 assembly in Arvada have gone to those pledged to Cruz.

"Pledged" is the best any candidate can hope for in COLO this year, since *ZERO* Colo delegates will be "bound".

So he's won 9 out of 9 so far, with 12 to be chosen Fri evening and 13 chosen Saturday. That will account for 34 of our 37 delegates, as the last three are the State GOP Chair, the RNC National Committeewoman and RNC Natl Committeeman.

You’re not busting anyone’s bubble. You can take it up the Denver post: Out 597 Colorado political activist 60% vying to be a delegate would wait until the convention to pick a candidate, and the other 40% said they would favor a candidate with Cruz getting 30% of that unbound pledge. That’s not ‘most or everyone.

And BTW Cruzer, in my CO precinct Cruz did not get a single vote in an unofficial vote tally as it was Ben Carson who got the “most votes” for the night.

If Cruz falls short big time in the delegate count by the convention time, these same delegates may just vote for Trump.

In 2008 Romney won the state with 60% of the CO straw vote over McCain who only got a measly 19%. So what happen on the floor of the convention? The CO delegates seeing who really won the whole enchilada, Romney got shut out with zero delegates. It was McCain and his 19% who got them all.

In 2012, Santorum won 6 pledged delegates, Romney got the rest. But when it was time, Santo did not receive a single CO delegate during the floor vote.

So I wouldn’t get all cocky there Cruzer.

One of Trump’s unofficial delegates read a poem. There is a Trump organizer there.

Thank God he didn't read any Doctor Seuss....that "Green Eggs and Ham" stuff can be hard to swallow....

Please enumerate the foundational ideas that constitute Trump’s conservative world view?

Trump is a liberal RINO.

I know it and you know it.
