Ah yes, "CPT". I didn't even know this was a thing until my wife heard it from a black coworker, and then the more I started digging, the more I found that it really was a "thing".

I used to use it in some race discrimination cases where job performance was an issue by asking in depositions if the plaintiff had ever heard of "CPT". If they said yes, then I'd ask them to define it, get their thoughts, etc.. Always kind of fun because defense counsel would be looking on in horror....
