When Bernie supporters and disenfranchised by Hillarys super delegates. They will be angry This letter is as much to them as to republicans. ReRead it

It’s a Big Cub, and You ain’t in It!

R. Party rules will change after this election and they will double or triple the Super Delegates. They will never let the people have a decision again.

The very same can be said for North Dakota as our elites cancelled the caucus and informed us that the delegates, not the voters, elect the candidate. There has not been as much noise in our press as we hear from Colorado but there is a lot of anger just below the surface.

Oh give it up
There is no “ popular vote” to compare because most of the states ted won don’t have popular voting, they have caucuses
If you want to compare popular votes then as of today Trump has 2 million more votes than Ted
So Ted can not catch up and based on the popular vote as of today, should drop out
But please wait another 3 weeks and lets recount that popular vote

“A planned vote had been canceled”

Wasn’t the “planned vote” a straw poll that had nothing to do with delegate selection?

“Rules” gave Trump 100% of the South Carolina delegates though he only got about 33% of the vote.
What a rigged corrupt system, Trump disenfranchised 66% of the voters!
Whine whine whine.

Up until last week, Trump won approximately 45% of the delegates with approximately 38% of the vote. He did so by using rules designed to keep an establishment candidate on top. Too bad for the establishment.

Now he’s complaining about the same kind of rules producing a state victory for another candidate when he didn’t even bother to organize or show up in that state.

He joined the Republican party to take advantage of their structure in running for office. if he thinks the rules are unfair, he can always start his own party, or organize to get his people elected to the rule making bodies in each state.

The party didn’t join Donald Trump, he joined them.

The "system" for delegate selection in a lot of places seems to involve making a whole lot of promises to delegates in order to get their support. Isn't that the core of what Trump wants to change?

Meanwhile, Cruz is pontificating that he "understands" the system. It would be nice to know what promises were made to win delegate support.

JMHO

You are correct, just viewing it from another angle.

Maybe Cruz is negatively effected by our nominating process too.

Sounds like we both agree.

1. If the system was unfair, then complaints should have been raised months earlier. Waiting until after the fact suggests that the real problem is that you failed to prepare.

2. If the system was unfair, then it was equally unfair to supporters of every other candidate. Yet, one candidate managed to get organized, and one did not. Blaming the guy whose people read the rules and got organized is putting the blame in the wrong place. 3. This sounds very much like the excuses of people who blame their crappy lives, drug use, etc, on "not having a fair chance." But when it is pointed out to them that other people who were equally disadvantaged have managed to overcome that with hard work, etc., they just get sullen and silent.

4. So fine, Donald, we get it. You don't like the system. That doesn't answer the question of how Cruz managed to get his people organized and out to vote for that system, and you didn't.

5. Perhaps participation in the political system takes a bit more effort and self-education than some people want to expend. If you don't read the rules, and don't pay attention, blame yourself. Don't blame the rules. 2. The vote that was traditionally held was non-binding. When the RNC changed the rules to make all such votes binding, the non-binding vote was cancelled.

...as of today Trump has 2 million more votes than Ted..”

Your response doesn’t address my point. By PERCENTAGE, Trump disproportionately has gathered more delegates relative to his vote. For example, in SC he received less than half the total vote yet received 100% of the delegates. This happened in many winner-take-all states. Did he thus “disenfranchise” the majority of voters who didn’t vote for him in those states? No. He won by the rules. Nobody whined about it then.

My campaign strategy is to win with the voters. Ted Cruz’s campaign strategy is to win despite them.

about sums it up right there!

‘And Cruzers say Trump supporters have no class....’

And hypocrites! Don’t forget that while Cruz supporters are pdisplaying lack of class while at the same time accusing Trump supporters of lacking class, they’re also calling us hypocrites.

The irony never ends.
