I am pretty much done for the night now myself. Got the Red Soxs on the radio and I will see what Mr. Trump has to say in Hartford, CT shortly. May do good night to all the past pets sooner as well. Take care.
Yes I have noticed that Rush was rather gleeful about the Colorado results, and that was hard to take (as a Trump supporter) but Rush has done a much better job of “trying” to be fair. Levin has made it personal and he sounds like a crazy person. I agree that both Levin and Rush are insiders, and have been for a long time. (while pretending not to be)
On the radio:
Levin, Beck, Hewitt, Prager, Limbaugh,and Pags either endorse or favor Ted Cruz.
Savage, Ingraham, Hannity, Gallagher and Fox News either endorse or favor Donald Trump.
Who would the Founding Fathers listen to?
He may be alienating some listeners, but he’s consistent with his conservative principles. As far as his career, you probably know that he’s signed both long-term radio & TV contracts.
Watching the Trump speech in Hartford. There was a troublemaker just thrown out.
One more thing...You give an example of Rush. Rush hasn’t endorsed anyone & yet he’s still trashed in the daily thread here by Trump supporters...
Yes I am aware of his long term contracts. Good for him. Hope he has some listeners/viewers when this campaign is over. I will never listen to him again. To me, he has come across as very petty, very unprofessional in all of this.

Trump is a fighter for the everyday person. Cruz, which he is a wonderful Constitutional conservative, would he be a fighter for the everyday Joe or Mary American?
Were those long term contracts with his Salem network or with Cumulus Media?
Cumulus is not going to sit still as listeners shut the radios off. Cumulus have obligations to advertisers.
Watching Trump speaking now, just after seeing another protester being thrown out. He even WARNS the crowds to not go after the protesters. Good, because he does not want to get the blame for the fights.

I’ve been listening to him since his Sunday afternoon show in NYC prior to his going national. He’s always been my favorite talk show host & I’ll be listening as long as he’s on. As far as I know, his ratings are fine on many different platforms. Here’s a piece re his contract:

Then you are probably familiar with the late, great Bob Grant from WABC and WOR. These are the times I miss Bob the most. Mark used to say how much Bob Grant influenced him, but Bob must be spinning in his grave if can hear the path Mark has taken. But this is what separates the pros from the amateurs.
So far no success in determining who owns this ‘privately held’ company...

yes I am aware of the Levin-Grant acquaintance. But this is like comparing Babe Ruth (Grant) to a farm team utility player (Levin)
