This is directly the fault of the scumbags in the GOPe who would not fund Ken Cuccinelli because he is a conservative. They gave 9 million to the F%^kin’ crook McDonnell and 3 million to Cuccinelli. It probably will not work. Most felons will not register to vote and will not put up with voting. Too much trouble.
They are affected too by the lack of jobs, much worse than normal people and they might be willing to take a chance on a Republican next this time around.
Probably 3% will go to the polls and vote.
Either they’ve paid their debt to society or they haven’t. If they have no voting rights, must they pay taxes? It stinks they probably vote Democrat, but that fault lies with the RNC for going soft on social issues.
