FBI May "Leak" Clinton Email Probe If DOJ Blocking Continues
ZeroHedge.com ^ | 23 April 2016 | Tyler Durden

The feud between the FBI and the Department of Justice over whether or not to proceed with charges against Hillary Clinton in the ongoing email investigation just took an unexpected turn.

Recall that one month ago, we found out that on one hand, the FBI is seemingly hell-bent on chasing down every possibly angle involving Hillary's email abuse, when we reported that one hundred forty-seven FBI agents have been deployed to chase down clues and leads and that the FBI has accelerated the investigation because officials want to avoid the possibility of announcing any action too close to the election. A former Clinton staffer is also cooperating with that investigation, and it’s believed Clinton herself will be questioned.

The flipside has been the Department of Justice which has been stonewalling the probe every step of the way. It hasn't been alone in its unwillingness to pursue Hillary: on April 1, the state department announced that it is suspending its probe of "top secret" Clinton emails.

The divergence of these two paths, one which wants to get to the bottom of Hillary's email probe and the other which is dead set on blocking it, has led online betting markets such as PredictIt to put the the odds of federal charges being filed against Hillary at record lows.

Which, paradoxically, could be bad news for Hillary.

On Friday, US Senator Chuck Grassley who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, and who has pushed for additional scrutiny of Clinton’s email use during her tenure as secretary of state, dropped a dramatic "hint" during a breakfast meeting with the Des Moines A.M. Rotary club when he suggested that the FBI "might leak", hypothetically-speaking of course, reports of its investigation into presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state.

The FBI won’t do a damn thing. They sat on their thumbs for 8 years of Clinton criminality and treason, they sat on their thumbs for eight years of Obama criminality and treason. The FBI is every bit as corrupt as both of those administrations.

You realize that there are thousands of FBI agents, most of whom had nothing to do with the incidents you are referring to?

“Fed Source: About 12 FBI Agents Working on Clinton Email Inquiry”
Sources close to the FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email are knocking down suggestions that 147 federal agents are working on the case, a figure first reported — and now revised — by the Washington Post, citing a lawmaker.

The Post updated the figure on Tuesday, stating that while the “FBI will not provide an exact figure,” there are “fewer than 50” FBI personnel involved in the case.

But a former federal law enforcement official with direct knowledge of the Clinton investigation tells MSNBC an estimate anywhere near 50 agents is also off base.

Effective coverups require a lot of effort.

I’m not at all surprised that some many federal employees are working on this.

Cannot help wondering if the email issue is being used as a smokescreen to cover up some other criminal activity. That is how this administration works.

Of course.
Most of us see it clearly.

Influence peddling as Secretary of State, raking in billions$, laundered through the Clinton Criminal Enterprises masquerading as "charities."

Everyone but the criminal Obama's Department of Justice apparently has seen it all along.

Four years ago we were certain that O would be a one term president. After all, the recovery was sluggish and Benghazi demonstrated that his entire Middle East strategy was in tatters.

...meant to be applied to the Mafia, but the Clinton Crime Syndicate would certainly come under this definition.

Most clearly so, so long as a criminal conspiracy exists. In addition, the charge can be made by any government department or even simple citizens, provided the criminal activity is proven.

I am surprised by how many democRATs don’t care about Hillarys honesty.

I'm not.

Most Liberals have twisted morality or they wouldn't be Liberals. Why else wouldn't they care if their politicians lie, cheat, and steal as long as they get a piece of the pie?

"This has to be about a lot more than emails."

Let's our minds wonder for a minute. Podesta might be making $ his name has been in the news a bit, what is Huma's interest aka MBH, and was Billy Boy the bag man or gracious host in this cabal. So who are the players ponying up the mula, Corp interest, The Middle East, China etc,? Remember the Clinton's favorite color is green. Add this to State Dept and the classified nature of the emails. This thing is so big and you don't think a Joe Scarb & Mika who have been too close to DC can't see this? they all must flipping know it...

That’s true and Comey’s ten year term began when Obama nominated him and the Senate confirmed him.
Obama had extended former Director Robert Mueller’s term to twelve years with Senate approval.

Don’t forget OBamas power to pardon. I will wait till after el toon to charge her with anything. As DJT says statute of limitation is 6 years.

Leak just enough to keep her out of office

Getting a tape of one of the Wall Street tapes would probably do the trick

How much ???
