Banning a user from a web forum in such a way that the banned user is unaware of the ban. Usually takes the form of showing that user's posts/profile/etc. only to that user; other users never see them. Considered underhanded chicken-s**t behavior.

My tweet was blocked also when I tried to tweet that same video. Odd thing is that the video isn’t any more than a campaign video. Twitter must be very sensitive!
Breitbart has blocked me from posting on their site. I have tried to contact them several times to ask why, but they don't reply.
