that is likely true however, it’s always been illegal for men to use a woman’s bathroom- and trannies have ‘kept it hidden’ when using the bathroom for fear of begin arrested-
Now however there is no fear, so no need to keep anything hidden- AND this isn’t just about mentally sick trannies using women’s bathrooms- now ANY man can use it- pedophiles, rapists, peeping toms etc and there is nothing women can do about it- A Pedophile male can spend all day in a woman’s bathroom now legally, if he so wishes, hoping to get his rocks off by catching glimpses of women or children- and the law can’t touch the pervert- because all the pervert will have to do now is scream about discrimination

Yeah not so much- NY LA SF etc don’t have laws agaisnt it- peopel can walk around nekkid in public- and try enforcing ‘indecency laws’ by taking a tranny to court who is screaming ‘discrimination’ all the way- they will sue the city for violating their ‘right’ to expose themselves in a bathroom- IF a woman can expose her vreast i na public bathroom while adjusting her bra or shirt or whatever, if she can change shirts i na bathroom without fear of arrest, then you can bet a tranny will scream discrimination if he isn’t allowed to ‘adjust’ his clothing as well-

Ut is enforceable when a make is caught in a woman’s bathroom- it’s agaisnt the law- and liek i mentioned previously, while men do currently use them sneakily- and get away with it, they do so very cautiously knowing htey are breaking the law-
Removing that fear by making it legal for men- perverts, rapists, pedophiles etc to use the bathroom is NOT a good thing- no way no how!
I’m not saying it is a good situation, but it is going to be very difficult to stop a transsexual or transvesite from using women’s restroom. In order to enforce, you would need to with 100% certainty know the actual gender of a person you think is actually a man dressed or altered to be a woman.
I don’t see how a business could do that without risking liability.

Thank you. I walked into a Target women’s bathroom a few months ago and a woman had a grown man with her who looked mentally challenged.. But he was not hormone challenged and the looks he flashed were obviously not ones you want to see. I walked out and complained. Answer. We can’t do anything about it
giving people who rob banks the ‘right’ to stand around in bank armed with illegal guns isn’t how we solve bank robberies- while some people could possibly walk into a bank or store with a gun and not be detected-, allowing them the ‘right’ to do so, so that we don’t ‘hurt heir feelings’ is simply not the answer- Keep it illegal, and you cut down on the problem exponentially- allow them to do so, and you invite manifold risk-
to suggest that because we can’t prevent something 100% means we should allow something 100% isn’t a very wise way to deal with problems

Target can choose to let men who may or may not be attracted to women into its women’s bathrooms. Women and others can choose to not be customers of Target if they are bothered by that.

The ones who look good enough to pass as women will keep using it like they always have, true. But what about the guys in dresses with full beards or whatever? There’s a huge physical range between men who think they are women and what they are willing to do to look like actual women. Some of them, like Bruce Jenner, are still attracted to women.

Hi. I understand that the policy of Target is to welcome people to use whichever “restroom or fitting room facility” they feel “corresponds to their gender identity,” since “everyone deserves to feel like they belong.” However, this is Biblically immoral and means making many women feel like they do not belong because they are uncomfortable with allowing men in their bathroom. Therefore according to your own judgment they and others who disagree with this policy do not belong in your store, and I myself have joined the many others who have decided to the boycott against shopping at Target. And I discourage others from so doing, and encourage them to join the boycott of Target due to its immoral inclusive yet exclusive policy.
The Asian (it seems) young lady was very nice, and stated that not everyone who worked at Target agreed with that policy, however she could not give her personal opinion (but the tone was apologetic), but that she would surely pass on my comment, and simply asked for my first and last name, which I do not think is in their system anyway.

Men just need to piss all over the Target women’s bathroom commode seats and floor and leave the toilet paper hanging down to the floor. Just like a men’s bathroom.

I remember when they were trying to pass ERA. The left was saying that the concern about men using women’s bathrooms was just fear mongering. Right.
