That 99.9999% of all “white powders” are benign.
And 98% of white powders found laying about, are there because of accident, carelessness, poor housekeeping etc, not evil intent.

.... Turns out the powder was just the Toppik for his hair that he he ordered. It looked white to the naked eye .... but it was actually the shade of color of his hair.
