Clinton Apologizes for Saying She’d Put Coal ‘Out of Business’

Hillary Clinton apologized on Monday for saying in March that she would put coal miners and coal companies “out of business” as part of a transition to alternative energy sources.

The Democratic front-runner and former secretary of state called the prior remark a “misstatement” as she campaigned in Kentucky, ahead of the state’s Democratic primary on May 17, CBS News reported. The small group discussion took place in what was once one of the country’s top coal producing counties, as protesters gathered outside.

“What I said was totally out of context from what I meant,” Clinton said. “It was a misstatement, because what I was saying is that the way things are going now, we will continue to lose jobs.”

She is a delusional CU Next Tuesday. So when I get caught saying what I really feel, it's a "misstatement". Like Roger Clemens saying Andy Pettitte "Misremembered" who jabbed him in the ass with a hypo.

"The way things are going now"? Aren't you part of the "way things are going"? Isn't Obama's economy great? Why do we need to change then?

Fedex this speech to Donald please....

In California it’s “we’ll put that dirty coal industry outta business!!”

In West Virginia it’s “I love coal. I even carry a few lumps in my bag.”

Notice that she is sorry for saying it.

Not sorry for intending to do it.

So, was she lying before, or is she lying now? I seriously doubt that she’s had a real change of heart.

While You Weren’t Looking The Democratic Presidential Race Ended

Posted April 28th, 2016 by Drew McCoy & filed under Uncategorized.

It’s been all over but the shouting for awhile but now the shouting is over.

The Clinton campaign is no longer airing advertisements in the Democratic presidential contest, according to ad-spending data from SMG Delta, reflecting how the campaign is pivoting more and more to the general election. Team Clinton hasn’t spent a single cent in the upcoming primary states of California, Indiana, Kentucky, Oregon and West Virginia, while Bernie Sanders’ campaign has spent a little more than $1 million in those same states. Bernie Sanders may spend some money in the few remaining states (10 plus Washington, D.C.) but having laid off hundreds of campaign workers, he’s conceded there’s no tomorrow after California.

The Democrats will now turn to unifying the party and finding some reasonable areas where Sanders can claim victory over the platform.

The shape-shifter in action! In Kentucky, Hillary apologizes for her anti-coal remarks. And she will be very sympathetic to the plight of the miners.

Then later on in California she will denounce coal. She will denounce coal vigorously, and with passion. As for the lost mining jobs, who cares about those rural yahoos?

Then later on in West Virginia, Hillary will apologize for her anti-coal remarks. And she will be very sympathetic to the plight of the miners.

Look, hackers are going to hack their way in -- what difference does it make The question is, how much would they pay to save themselves the time? Taking the money always worked for Bill when he had secrets rich foreigners wanted, and we still left the White House flat broke. Who knows where it goes?

The Clinton Cash
