CRUZ: I'm going to tell you what I really think of Donald Trump. This man is a pathological liar. He doesn't know the difference between truth and lies. He lies practically every word that comes out of his mouth. And in a pattern that I think is straight out of a psychology textbook, his response is to accuse everybody else of lying.

Cruz apologizes for spreading rumor about Carson dropping out

Your link does not demonstrated that Cruz lied.

"Last night when our political team saw the CNN post saying that Dr. Carson was not carrying on to New Hampshire and South Carolina, our campaign updated grassroots leaders just as we would with any breaking news story," Cruz said in a statement.

"That's fair game. What the team then should have done was send around the follow-up statement from the Carson campaign clarifying that he was indeed staying in the race when that came out.

"This was a mistake from our end, and for that I apologize to Dr. Carson."

He admits his staff made a mistake. None of that establishes that Ted Cruz has lied.

In fact, it is the people who call that a lie, who are the LIARS. They are the deceitful fact-challenge prevaricators. They are the ones who need to be constantly hammered for trying to deceive people.

The Cruz crowd is too invested in their messianic candidate. The scales will never fall from their eyes.
They’re spiritually invested in Cruz. It’s a Cult, and Glenn Beck is their Mohammed.
Why this isn’t apparent to more reasonable people at this point, I don’t know. Maybe it’s a side effect of Obama’s reign of terror?

Before long Cruz will be dressed in robe and slippers, leafing thru his scrapbook, and conducting cabinet meetings with his stuffed animals.

Maybe he and Glenn Beck can get adjoining rubber rooms, and matching straightjackets.

Beck has said that if IN gets is wrong, he’ll be suicidal, and this tirade by Cruz makes it look as if he’ll be suicidal as well.

Trump accuses Cruz's father of helping JFK's assassin

So...anyone still think that a Trump/Cruz ticket is a possibility?

I have seen people repeating over and over again that Ted Cruz is a liar. I've seen Trump refer to him as "Lyin' Ted", but I have not actually seen any real evidence that Cruz has lied about anything.

Do you have some sort of example?

he claims Trump is against guns; Trump (and all of his sons, it's a family thing)is Pro 2nd Amendment, period.

He says Trump is Pro Choice; Trump, who cites the experience a friend of his had regarding almost having an abortion, instead choosing to have the beautiful child, is Pro Life, period.

He continuosly says that Trump has no path to 1237, when he rather easliy does.

This is all known in Bible parlance as, "Thou Shalt not bear false witness."

I was for Cruz; he lost me with all that.

My memory is...
Cruz did not spread the rumors...it was some of his staff.
And Cruz ended up apologizing for his staff on national tv.

So then, you believe Ted is a anointed by God to be President or is that my
Just Blasphemy?

Well, I’ve seen the report of him admitting to it (and rather pointlessly apologizing for it after the damage was done).

I don't want to watch a video. (playback failed anyway) Can you sum it up?

LOL. Cruz supports more legal guest workers, a 500% increase as well as removing the country caps for Indians, Chinese, and Mexicans. Senator Sessions voted against this amendment. Cruz claims to support American workers. He uses a bogus Brookings Report touting the advantages of bringing in more immigrants. There is a reason why Senator Sessions, Kris Kobach, and Phyllis Schlafly endorsed Trump. Or that Steve Miller, a staffer from Sessions office and lead guy on trade and immigration issues joined the Trump campaign.

It is BS that there is a playback issue with the 9 minute video of Cruz extolling the virtue of increased immigration.

Seems like it's just an ill thought out policy position.<

It is more than that. Cruz said he has never supported amnesty, but it is clear he has.

Asked about what to do with the people here illegally, however, he stressed that he had never tried to undo the goal of allowing them to stay.

“The amendment that I introduced removed the path to citizenship, but it did not change the underlying work permit from the Gang of Eight,” he said during a recent visit to El Paso. Mr. Cruz also noted that he had not called for deportation or, as Mitt Romney famously advocated, self-deportation.

Rubio called Cruz a liar on the immigration issue and on that he was correct. Ted has done many flip-flops on the road to Cleveland.

Yeah, it's us pesky voters again ... people like me who (in your opinion), being nothing more than a member of "a mob" haven't yet come to our "senses on our own"; that is, we are not prepared to accept the judgment of the intellectually elite and elect another socialist with yet another weak candidate.

More like, can't take a step back and look at the history of what is happening right now. I've made my predictions about what is going to happen. We can get together next year and see how well my perception worked out.

Hey pal, I just want to prevent another socialist from being elected president and, after careful consideration using my sound mind, I conclude the best way -- likely the only way -- to accomplish that is to go with a populist rather than, although he is a good conservative, has a very low chance to win.

I personally don't think any Republican can possibly lose to scandal-ridden-incompetent-hateful Hillary Clinton.

I saw where some Democrats were saying Trump will beat her like a baby seal. (They club them in the head.) Yes, Trump will leave a greasy spot where Hillary once stood. She might even have a stroke.

But I think Cruz would have beaten her as well. Not as easily, but he would have still beaten her. The "Obama" phenomena won't work for Hillary. She's a hateful old washed up has-been and she isn't going to get a mass turn-out to support her, and that's *IF* she can avoid going to prison.

So if both men could wipe the floor with Hillary, then I would prefer the one that will be more reliable on the Judicial nominations.

That being said, I can live with Trump, but I fear I am going to be sorely disappointed in who he nominates for the Judiciary. I think we all will be.

The last time some junior Senator whose supporters claimed he was the Messiah and was a Harvard lawyer with a questionable citizenship talked like that we got Obama. Different party, same attitude.

100% agreed. Obama came with Reverend Wright and Cruz comes with Beck.

Cruz is the Hispanic version of Obama. Both are trained liars by the same law school, Harvard! Both are classical Narcissists!

Lyin’ Ted and Nutcase Beck are going to have to be dragged off the stage and put into straightjackets. It’s sad, but there seems to be no other way that this ends.

Simply watch 30 seconds of Ted Cruz telling us all about Donald Trump’s policy positions. He lies.

Cruz lies about his electoral “landslides”. Now he’s lying about Donald Trump being a pathological liar. Donald Trump might be many things, but that’s not one of them.

Ted Cruz took a Trump moniker which initially was not effective, and has made “Lyin’ Ted” an accurate label.

Ted Cruz will do or say anything in an effort to win, including lie, and that’s exactly what has happened over the last couple of months.

If you can watch Cruz for any period of time, and not see that he lies repeatedly, then there’s something wrong with your perception: you’re wearing rose-colored glas

I would pay top dollar to watch this on closed-circuit television.

TOP. Dollar. ;)
