On his part, it was stupid. But, the way I see it, making the internal GOP rift more transparent is a good thing. We're at the leading edge of a significant political realignment, with the DEM party being the party of the globalists and "plantation USA," and the GOP being the party of nationalism and America first. Ditto.....I think DJT should visit “EVERY” state left on the POTUS Primary list. The voters in the remaining states want to show their love and loyalty to DJT...so....IMHO. DJT must respond in kind, even if it is not necessary. Report from Charleston West Virginia:

After burning up I-77 from Morgantown to Charleston yesterday afternoon (yeah I did it, thanks to 460 cubic inches of Ford V8, lol!), arrived in the nick of time and actually found a great area for watching and observing this rally, had a few West Virginia State Police nearby, they were having as good a time as anyone else, one of them commenting "TRUMP is gonna DO IT!!", this was as gung ho a rally as I've ever seen in my life. To address the 'controversy' about Trump's comments so far as "you don't have to vote now" in Tuesday's primary, my perception was that he wasn't actually discouraging voters, he was complimenting them for their massive support in the wake of his driving out Cruz and Kasich after Indiana's primary. He was emphasizing "we need your vote in November" and that was what I took away from his comments in that regard, my interpretation anyway.

Charleston Civic Center was jam packed, thousands and thousands of people, and one thing is certain:

West Virginia loves Donald Trump, and West Virginia is going to be in the Republican column in the Fall.

Yesterday it was amazing to listen to the talking heads spew GOPe talking points that Trump was not conservative because he did not support entitlement reform and interventionism.

I heard that over and over.
So all this time being a conservative has meant you want to change social security and engage in foreign wars? WTF???

I guess the memo on what it means to be a conservative never reached us peons. If that is what they think, then I’m not conservative.

What I love about Trump is that he is a mechanism by which all of the masks in DC, the masks of all the political pundits and radio talkers, and all the so-called conservative leaders are finally being made to drop, so we can see where they really stand.

A third party may be forged from the GOP, but it won’t be on so-called “conservative” principles.

Trump was actually more conservative in his positions than any of the other 16 candidates that ran against him, and the people saw that and responded with their votes.

Trump is like an anvil, and the others are tools being forced to take a shape they don’t like and don’t really believe in.

In that vein, you are absolutely correct, the GOP has to split—it always was split since GHW Bush, and now the split has been exposed.

And the split was not between factions—it was between the GOP establishment and power brokers and the people they purported to serve.

That was the toughest mask to rip off, but Trump has done that.
