Emails From Hillary Clinton’s IT Director at State Department Appear to Be Missing

The State Department said today it can’t find any of Bryan Pagliano’s emails from the time he served as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s senior information technology staffer during her tenure there.

Pagliano would have been required to turn over any official communications from his work account before he left the government. State Department officials say he had an official email account, but that they can't find any of those records and continue to search for them.

“The Department has searched for Mr. Pagliano’s email pst file and has not located one that covers the time period of Secretary Clinton’s tenure,” State Department spokesman Elizabeth Trudeau said today, referencing a file format that holds email.

Hillary didn't listen to me last March:

"How dare you expose our top secret and code black information for the world to see. What were you thinking? We know you had a private server in your home to hide things, that’s a given. We remember when you downloaded the FBI files during the Clinton administration to be used against political enemies. So we do not trust what’s on that server at all. Regardless of what you were thinking, it is the consensus of We the People, that you now will have to recuse yourself from running for President. The possibility of you getting blackmailed about a National security issue or some juicy personal tidbit by a foreign government causes automatic recusal. We can’t take that risk."

Is there one thinking individual in Washington D.C.? The Pentagon? The Republican Party? Trump people? O'Reilly? Anyone? Hello, can you hear us now? Will someone please say she can't be President because on any given day she, and yes, our Sacred Republic can be BLACKMAILED!!!!!!!!!

EXCERPT---What Pagliano Likely Knows / Bryan Pagliano can shed light on several issues:

<><> Pagliano’s dual role as 1) a tax-paid US government employee, and, 2) Hillary's personal employee, opens a whole new arena for investigation, similar the ongoing scrutiny of Hillary aide, Huma Abedin (Huma worked simultaneously for 1) the State Department, 2) the Clinton Foundation, 3) Hillary herself, and, Teneo---a private company closely tied to both Clintons. She also billed herself as a "private consultant."

<><> What was Pagliano’s day-to-day State Dept job? What did he actually do, not just his job description, but actual work accomplishments? Is there a paper trail showing he did any actual work at all, or was the State “job” just a make-work position to get him on the tax-paid payroll in return for his services to Clintons?

<><> Pagliano listed himself on LinkedIn as a political-appointee saying he “Serves as strategic advisor and special projects manager to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) overseeing the operations of the Information Resource Management (IRM) bureau.”

<><> Pagliano beingemployed at such a high level inside State’s IT structure assures that State’s most senior info officers knew about Clinton’s email setup, and apparently did not, or were not, able to stop it. Unless Brian never told his supervisor about his "other" job.

<><> What was going on inside the State Department vis-a-vis Hillary's email server? Who knew about it? When did they know? Was it ever vetted/approved, and if so, by whom?

<><> Were objections raised by security personnel and how were those objections dealt with? Who is on the complete list of people who had email addresses on the server?

<><> What discussions took place inside State regarding the presence of classified information on the server? Were objections ever raised from outside State, say from the White House or the intel community?

<><> Pagliano can also speak to 1) what security measures if any were in place on Clinton’s server, and, 2) when they were instituted.

<><> Tech-savvy Pagliano had visibility into Hillary's server logs, showing any attacks or penetrations into the server.

<><> Pagliano, as a State Department employee under Hillary, had access to the State Department computer systems.

<><> Pagliano currently works as a computer contractor for State, and still has access to State Department computer systems. Has he ever been asked by Clinton to use his positions to gain information she would ordinarily not have access to, or to which she did not want her name attached?

<><> Pagliano may have knowledge of where any backups of the server are, shedding light on what emails were deleted by Clinton before her “full disclosure” of what was in fact a highly curated batch of documents.

CONCLUSIONS There is a lot to learn from Bryan Pagliano. His testimony could be like when the Feds turn a Mafia accountant, a low-level guy with access to the family jewels.

========================================

BONUS: WRT the State Department’s Chief Information Officer, who should have stopped the Clinton email server? Well, well, she retired from State a few months before Hillary left, into a nice job at the IMF. It pays to be a winner!

No question.

Pagliano listed himself on LinkedIn as a political-appointee saying he “Serves as strategic advisor and special projects manager to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) overseeing the operations of the Information Resource Management (IRM) bureau.”

So Pagliano admits to being employed at a high level inside State’s IT structure. That assures that State’s most senior info officers (mentioned by Pagliano on LinkedIn) knew about Clinton’s email setup.

Tech-savvy Pagliano had visibility into Hillary's server logs, showing any attacks or penetrations into the server.

Apparently his superiors did not, or were not, able to stop it (smirk). Unless Brian never told his supervisors about his "other" job.

Not to worry, Putin/the Kremlin has all of these missing emails, and they will probably be available for all of us to read after Cankles becomes the Rat candidate.

Hillary’s Emails Hacked by Russia – Kremlin Deciding Whether to Release 20,000 Stolen Emails The Gateway Pundit ^ | May 10, 2016 | Jim Hoft Posted on 5/10/2016, 6:38:13 AM by maggief

The Kremlin is debating whether to release the 20,000 emails they have hacked off of Hillary Clinton’s server.

According to a report from four days ago, beginning in 2011, the Russians began monitoring Romanian computer hacker Marcel Lazăr Lehel (aka Guccifer) after he attempted, unsuccessfully, to break into the computer system of the Russian funded RT television network.

After monitoring Guccifer, the Russians were reportedly able to record (both physically and electronically) his actions which allowed the Russian intelligence analysts, in 2013, to not only detect his breaking into the private computer of Secretary Clinton, but also break in and copy all of its contents as well.

The report notes that shortly after Russia obtained Clinton’s emails, they released a limited amount to RT TV which were published in an article in March 2013, titled Hillary Clinton’s ‘hacked’ Benghazi emails: FULL RELEASE.

Apparently no Western journalists promoted this story in 2013.

“Could someone with knowledge please explain to be exactly WHY the “just us” department is the ONLY one with jurisdiction here?”

Well, a long time ago…

The most important question that was ever proposed to your decision, or to the decision of any people under heaven, is before you, and you are to decide upon it by men of your own election, chosen specially for this purpose. If the constitution, offered to your acceptance, be a wise one, calculated to preserve the invaluable blessings of liberty, to secure the inestimable rights of mankind, and promote human happiness, then, if you accept it, you will lay a lasting foundation of happiness for millions yet unborn; generations to come will rise up and call you blessed. You may rejoice in the prospects of this vast extended continent becoming filled with freemen, who will assert the dignity of human nature. You may solace yourselves with the idea, that society, in this favoured land, will fast advance to the highest point of perfection; the human mind will expand in knowledge and virtue, and the golden age be, in some measure, realised. But if, on the other hand, this form of government contains principles that will lead to the subversion of liberty — if it tends to establish a despotism, or, what is worse, a tyrannic aristocracy; then, if you adopt it, this only remaining assylum for liberty will be shut up, and posterity will execrate your memory.

Momentous then is the question you have to determine, and you are called upon by every motive which should influence a noble and virtuous mind, to examine it well, and to make up a wise judgment. It is insisted, indeed, that this constitution must be received, be it ever so imperfect. If it has its defects, it is said, they can be best amended when they are experienced. But remember, when the people once part with power, they can seldom or never resume it again but by force. Many instances can be produced in which the people have voluntarily increased the powers of their rulers; but few, if any, in which rulers have willingly abridged their authority. This is a sufficient reason to induce you to be careful, in the first instance, how you deposit the powers of government.

So far therefore as its powers reach, all ideas of confederation are given up and lost. It is true this government is limited to certain objects, or to speak more properly, some small degree of power is still left to the states, but a little attention to the powers vested in the general government, will convince every candid man, that if it is capable of being executed, all that is reserved for the individual states must very soon be annihilated, except so far as they are barely necessary to the organization of the general government. The powers of the general legislature extend to every case that is of the least importance — there is nothing valuable to human nature, nothing dear to freemen, but what is within its power. It has authority to make laws which will affect the lives, the liberty, and property of every man in the United States; nor can the constitution or laws of any state, in any way prevent or impede the full and complete execution of every power given. The legislative power is competent to lay taxes, duties, imposts, and excises; — there is no limitation to this power…

And are by this clause invested with the power of making all laws, proper and necessary, for carrying all these into execution; and they may so exercise this power as entirely to annihilate all the state governments, and reduce this country to one single government. And if they may do it, it is pretty certain they will; for it will be found that the power retained by individual states, small as it is, will be a clog upon the wheels of the government of the United States; the latter therefore will be naturally inclined to remove it out of the way. Besides, it is a truth confirmed by the unerring experience of ages, that every man, and every body of men, invested with power, are ever disposed to increase it, and to acquire a superiority over every thing that stands in their way. This disposition, which is implanted in human nature, will operate in the federal legislature to lessen and ultimately to subvert the state authority, and having such advantages, will most certainly succeed, if the federal government succeeds at all.

In a free republic…

That’s easy. If it were an actual independent, or looked-into by more than one, then the facts MAY get out and the ‘elites’+ in trouble.

We can’t be having that. Only the peons get any real jail time
