Be a Man. Get Married.
Published on May 9, 2016
Is bachelor life really the good life? Playing the field, traveling the world, and focusing on career sounds better than tying the knot. But is it possible that married men have more sex and make more money than their single counterparts? Brad Wilcox, sociologist at the University of Virginia, explains.

Great advice for a guy.
Be a man....be a work horse?
Now where is the video for the women, and her expectations, or is she so precious, she is just expected to sit there and look pretty?
And people wonder why guys are avoiding marriage?
“We as a modern society mostly have rejected God and so we reject His design of marriage as it should be. No wonder we are a messed up nation.”
Yep.
Comments in this thread reflect it. And if we have it here in abundance, how much more so in the greater liberal sphere.
Everybody dies alone.
Married at 21, lasted for 20 years. Raised 3 great kids.
We grew apart and moved on amicably. No fighting. No cheating. She has her own career, her own money.
I bought a hot car and am having a blast. I’m 42. I couldn’t give you half their names if my life depended on it.
“Men today ARE NOT the MEN of yesterday!!!!”
They recognize that the system is rigged in favor of women and are choosing not to submit themselves to it.
Maybe when the system stops catering to females, maybe then they will be more willing to rejoin.
Did it twice. Two years, and 28 years. That’s enough.
Not true at all.
If it floats flies, or fncks, tis better to rent it
The only thing they did was paint a target on their heads.
MGTOW video makers will vaporize this.
BUMP!
I agree .. What’s the point of surviving a misspent youth and a twenty plus year marriage if you can’t ride a Motorcycle?
Yep-marriage and family are the foundation of a healthy society. God’s design for marriage brings blessings and joy.
It’s interesting and sad to read comments by men here. No fault divorce has born bitter fruit.
“Any woman can easily game the system to bleed a guy dry and dump him.”
In 1990, I was “bled dry and dumped” — by a MAN.
“I agree .. Whats the point of surviving a misspent youth and a twenty plus year marriage if you cant ride a Motorcycle?”

Haha... I don’t consider any of my married life misspent. Three great kids. Wonderful times with my ex.
Chapter 2 now.
“Nobody wants a divorce, but they are more common today than staying marriage. There are two distinct camps, the happy for the rest of your life camp. Sadly its the smaller camp, and the second camp, that one is the largest, and ends in divorce.”
You are correct about the existence of two camps. But the same professor (Wilcox) who is in this video has written that the alleged +50% divorce rate is misleading. Although it is true that about half of all marriages end in divorce, that number is skewed by the failure of second and third marriages for many people.
Don't get me wrong--I think marriage was a beautiful thing in my grandparents' era, back when it was seen as a life committment by both parties, but in the age of no-fault divorce it's a raw deal for men. And let me finish by noting how sick I am of men always being given the blame for this sad state of affairs. There isn't exactly a surplus of marriage-worthy women out there these days. I don't mean "available," I mean worthy. Legal peril aside, men no longer marry because they have found that women no longer merit it. Look at our culture and consider the prospects for a young man. It is grim.
You are not hanging around with the right group of women. :-)
Your “prince” is a depraved, degenerate hedonist who never found true happiness and is now burning in Hell. The end.
I believe women are much more willing to just move in with men without being married!!!!why buy the cow when the milk is free!!!! I would NEVER have considered just moving in with any guy not when I was young anyway!!! NOW I might consider it just for companionship !!!
