Trump has said that his father had him learn the building trade by actually building and using tools. He worked alongside the regular construction guys. Trump had his sons do the same thing.

rod, sadly, you are exactly correct here. Rush is purposely, and willfully trying to hurt our Republican nominee. If Rush doesn’t think we can see what he’s doing here, he’s outright blind!
He’s destroying his reputation with his long-time listeners, and doesn’t seem to be at all bothered by it.
The mayor if Realville needs to resign. We don’t need an anti Trump agitprop radio show on everyday.

I think it is much more simple than that: he beat Cruz. Look at the die-hard Cruz supporters here. They, too, have nothing good to say about Trump. Same with Rush.
Rush has been confronted with fact now. The pure fact of numbers. He either gets on board or shuts the hell up about “Trumpists” and replaying old interviews and clips and helping the Democrats. His money insulates him probably for the rest of his life. It does not insulate us from the treachery of Democrats or the GOP establishment he seems to be bound and determined to protect now.
To protect or excuse what he is doing even now is reprehensible in my book.

Cruz lost Indiana, so the plan for the show was dashed. Add to that, Cruz abandoned acting as though he was running. That was unexpected, out of character.
...that comes from a book he doesn’t read, IMO.
"Trumpists", are Limbaughs' way of lumping together and standing above all of the "lessers" he's forced to deal with.
He does the same thing with his constant "Democrat" vs "Democratic" name calling.
Both are examples of how the GOPe thinks that they are being subtle and super-"with it" dudes.
