A federal judge has ruled the federal government has been inappropriately paying out Obamacare subsidies, which House Republicans sued over. The lawsuit argues the Obama administration is spending money that was never allocated by Congress.
Roberts will change the definition of “money.” He’s good at that type of thing.
So what? Whose gonna stop ‘em? When courts rule against the regime they just ignore it, the Republicans cry for a few minutes, the media goes dark and Obama’s crimes go on.
According to this, the ruling did not address the cash subsidies and doesn’t apply to them. They will continue as before. The payments to insurance companies to let them lower peoples’ deductibles and co-payments is the issue here.

Why is Congress SUING the administration? This is a sign of total cowardice, submission and weakness.
Congress needs to find its BALLS and go straight to impeachment. THAT is the appropriate vehicle for a lawless president, not LAWSUITS.

My impression is the courts don’t like the ball being thrown in their court, thus the SCOTUS is very unlikely to reward Congress for doing it.
Judicial Watch has achieved more in court than Congress has. Congress has OTHER options and it’s embarrassing that they defer to the courts.
The socialists were subsidizing insurance companies $175 billion if the insurance companies would reduce co pays and deductibles. Problem is — no money was passed by congress to pay that amount. This is called “rule of men” rather than “rule of law”!!I want that money BACK!!!!
