The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping directive telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity.
A letter to school districts will go out Friday, fueling a highly charged debate over transgender rights in the middle of the administration’s legal fight with North Carolina over the issue. The declaration — signed by Justice and Education Department officials — will describe what schools should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against.
It does not have the force of law, but it contains an implicit threat: Schools that do not abide by the Obama administration’s interpretation of the law could face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid. Source: New York Times

That’s going to work out smashingly well when the little boys start going into the girls bathrooms with the iphones and start recording them over the stall doors and putting the videos up on youtube.
If Trump pulled this stunt, he would be impeached by both houses of Congress. How come these fence post turtles sit and watch our nation go down the road to disaster?

The federal government is the biggest pusher - the drug is money, and it’s extremely addictive. Once an entity is hooked on it, the pusher can manipulate it any way they want.
next up, all public schools shall have a minaret instead of a US flag and flagpole, and issue calls to prayer 5 times a day.

The only way they won’t is if enough parents revolt - and that’s a very iffy proposition.
Ask yourself how can this possibly be important? What studies have been done on this to guide an intelligent policy? Why are politicians deciding that bathroom use is the most important issue to anyone, even a transgender? How about the likelihood that transgenderism is a mental illness, which Obama is encouraging in little kids?
When the inevitable happens, when some child gets sexually assaulted or raped, WHO PAYS THE LAWSUIT DAMAGES???
The School District and its taxpayers?

No one is going to take this guy serious anymore and the remaining months will be about the bathroom ‘Czar’ who runs America.
ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS INSANITY. If some individual feels uncomfortable (or whatever) using the restroom which obviously coincides with his/her plumbing, use the stall; and close the door. NO-BRAINER OF THE CENTURY. No need for obozo/jugears to step waaaay further outside his (her???) Constitutionally-limited authority.
What happened to STATES’ RIGHTS??? Perhaps a name change to the DC Gummit of North America (formerly known as the USA) is in necessary.

Simple solution. In every public place, have three restrooms. Men, Women, and Everybody Else.
Pay for it by taxing only those who identify to the IRS as “Everybody Else”. Use a lottery system to see what district gets to comply first, only when the funds are in place to pay for the project, and go district by district across the whole USA.
It will be a long, long time before they raise the dough to do one fair size district.
Hopefully, by the time they’ve got enough dough to do more than a pitiful few, the oppressed ones will figure it’s not worth the taxes they have to pay, and we can end the charade.

No, no, no. That will absolutely not do. They have already said that they want to use the men or women’s bathrooms, not some made just for them. That’s because that would still make them feel “weird”. If a man temporarily feels like a woman he must be allowed to go into the women’s bathroom.
And it’s not just bathrooms, it’s also showers and dressing rooms, which few people seem to be talking about and which I think it’s even worse than bathrooms, where there is some semblance of privacy.
Get brawny bikers to walk around outside Target, etc., wearing shirts that say “I’m just here to use the Ladies Room.”
There should be a mass male stink-in of all the women’s dressing rooms around the nation. Men om a set day would invade the female locker rooms in wigs and lipstick to drop trou, pass gas, snap towels and lather up their hormone saturated bodies in the women’s shower. They would claim they were lesbians in male bodies and pester all the women present for a night in the sack and a grope a feel. Of course they would leave their mark of the beast by leaving their signatory pee on the toilet seats and their pubic hair in the shower drains. The hallowed grounds of the women’s private institutions would be defiled and in ruins, all because the women did nothing to stop this nonsense.
Obama should be locked up in a bathroom overnight with a bunch of ladyboys
