Funny, I was thinking the same thing. Put porta potties in a covered area, everyone has their own private bathroom. Once Obama is out, go back to normal.
Virtually every public school system provides those arrangements now. That is what "GG" said was not good enough in the case that went to the appeals court in Virginia and the court ruled that "sexual discrimination" included gender identity. GG insisted on using the boys room as a gender indentifying male and won. Obama is now forcing this ruling down everyone's throat.
The real issues are going to start when some 13yo girl showers with the boys.
Not to insult, but states are completely run by federal funding. There’s absolutely no way they’d do anything to stop that money.

We are going to have to invoke the Ceausescu Protocol.
First, if the states are already accepting funds for agree-upon purposes, it is coercive and unconstitutional to withdraw all the funding by adding new provisions.
Second, it is Congress, and not the President, who sets the purposes of the funding.
So the SCOTUS ruling on the Medicare expansion of Obamacare should be precedent to stop Obama from using federal funding supplements to schools to coerce them into accepting new bathroom political policies.

If they didn’t submit the federal tax money to the feds, the money would stay within the state and they wouldn’t have to rely on fedgov.
