The FBI may be looking at a violation of the Constitution in their Hillary investigation

Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution forbids office holders from accepting anything of value from a foreign state, yet husband Bill Clinton collected $1 million from the Abu Dhabi government while Hillary was secretary of state.

Bill Clinton spoke at the Abu Dhabi Global Environmental Data Initiative (AGEDI) on December 13, 2011 and received a speaking fee of $500,000. The AGEDI is a program funded by the Abu Dhabi government, so the source of the funds was the government itself. Although the fee was paid to Bill, Hillary equally benefited from the payment. In effect, she accepted money from a foreign state.

A year later, Bill spoke to the World Travel and Tourism Council in Abu Dhabi (also funded by the Abu Dhabi government) for another fee of $500,000, for a total of $1 million.

The U.S. Constitution provides in Section 9 as follows:

Constitution and laws are only for the little people. The Clintons are larger than the law.

Ford’s pardon of Nixon was not specific:

“Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974.”

The essence of espionage is to get classified documents out of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, a SCIF, and into the hands of “someone not authorized to receive them.”

Of the 44 Presidents of the United States, we have been blessed with some outstanding statesmen, and have been cursed with some who were simply very bad. And depending on what shade of the political spectrum you favor, you could be talking about the same President. But what they all had in common was that they were pursuing goals they thought were in the interests of the United States as they thought the United States should be. Even 0bama, whose policies are harmful beyond measure, is pursuing a vision of what he thinks our country should be.

Hillary Clinton is fundamentally different. While she will continue 0bama’s destructive socialist policies, she will not put the interests of her vision of the United States first. She will put her own self interest and accumulation of wealth and power first. The proof is in her private home-brew server while Secretary of State.

So, America, you have your chance to elect the first full-blown kleptocrat in the history of our country. Someone who believes the Rule of Law does not apply to them, at all. Someone who will deliberately kill the last vestiges of the Republic. We are very close to that with 0bama, but Clinton will take it to the highest level, on a par with Robert Mugabe in terms of abuse of power for personal gain.

If that’s what you want America, you finally have your chance to elect it.

Her pardon papers would be as thick as the obie care docs.

Of course it stinks to high heaven, but the Clintonian "depends on what the meaning of 'is' is" always works for the most popular corrupt family in America.

. . . no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

Since the person married to our Secretary of State accepted the bribe instead of Hillary directly accepting the corrupt payment, there was no violation of the Constitution, at least not under the standards that are applied with the Clintons. Hillary is no more likely to be prosecuted for this than she is for her at best reckless mishandling of Top Secret material in a manner that surely released that information to dozens of countries and terrorist organizations.

Let's move on to a safe topic. The economy is out because Obama handled it so badly. Obamacare is out because it is a catastrophic failure. How about we talk about letting pedophiles and other predators into the restrooms used by little girls? At least that one has a chance of being phrased positively by the compliant media, and that might give even Hillary an edge.

These notions of the FBI doing this or that are tidbits being thrown out for the satisfaction of those calling for Mrs. Clinton’s demise. In the end, the administration will claim that a full investigation was conducted.

I know this is beside the main point of this article, but one of the few things I watch on TV anymore is golf. It really annoys me that US golfers who are presumably mostly Republican and Christian seem to have no problem playing golf in these crappy cesspit Arab countries.

I don't care how beautiful their buildings are and that they have indoor ski slopes. They are abominable people that most likely funded the deaths of thousands of our citizens, who treat their laborers worse than the Chinese, and their women worse than dogs.

Their camel jockeys are now robots because they used to force younger and younger boys into riding the damn things in order to get an advantage from the lighter weight.

It's all about the filthy lucre.

LOL kinda. I thought I read last week or before that investigators said there was “scant” evidence of wrong doing. HUH? Is there a “buttload” of evidence now required? Guess circumstantial evidence doesn’t count any more either. It’s good to be an elite. I guess.

If the payment went to the Clinton Global Initiative or whatever the money laundering setup was called, then that distinction may not apply.

I have often speculated that Obama, who has no love for the Clintons, will not pardon her on the reason od “why pardon an innocent (as Hillary always loudly claims when presented with evidence she is corrupt,) person when there are guilty persons out there NEEDING a pardon?”

Revenge served cold is the best revenge, especially when the FBI serves it.

All Federal L?EO have a pround dislike for Hillary because of the way she has treated them or officers of other agencies. At the end she’s going down. Too bad for Bill!

Bill Clinton spoke at the Abu Dhabi Global Environmental Data Initiative (AGEDI) on December 13, 2011 and received a speaking fee of $500,000.

Because the 'big boys' in the UAE hated having to pretend these 'speeches' were anything other than bribes, they would often PAY people to sit in the room and listen to American politicians...

Great story here if someone's got a picture of an ME 'audience'... Many of the people paid didn't speak OR understand English.

What about Sweden? They gave $26 million to Clinton through an unsanctioned fundraising arm and then she refused to halt any Swedish companies doing business with Iran.

This included Ericsson AB who was pitching cell phone tracking technology to Iran.

Sweden also gave $750,000 to Bill Clinton for a speech.

That is why we know someone committed a crime. Someone put the classified information in those emails. Someone committed a crime.
