Can’t rule out terrorist. . .fire either started due it being deliberately set in the lavatory by a terrorist. . .or just as likely it was a stinking muslime smoker in the lavatory lighting up a cig (Camel?) for a few quick tokes and throws the match and/or cig into the flammable trash. . .
Doesn’t mean it was in the bathroom either. They will figure it out. My bet is terrorism.

Okay, the smoke detectors alarmed. I’m assuming they don’t have explosion detectors. A bomb detonated in the lavatory near the cockpit and over the avionics bay would set off the smoke detectors.

Some of these aircraft have equipment rooms people can stand up in. Are these rooms checked for stowaways or terrorists before the plane departs?
Also, this COULD HAVE been a low yield explosive that tore a hole in the side of the aircraft which would give enough time for an error code to be transmitted. This could have been a bomb, not JUST a 'mechanical fire'.

The smart (nice, rich, educated, etc.) Muslims have no need to emigrate as they do well in their own homeland. We get those who need Uncle Sam to wipe them.
No mayday report was sent. The track of the aircraft as shown in simulation shows aircraft making a 360 turn and then suddenly diving to the ocean. This took several minutes and if the pilot or co were alive it is inconceivable there would be no mayday call.
These transmission codes they are talking about are useless since they don’t and can’t tell WHAT caused the smoke.
Trump was not the first to speculate it was terror related. This made Clinton look bad so possibly an attempt to salvage something for her.
Why would anybody suspect terrorism on a flight flown by a pilot and copilot, both named Mohammad? /s

If it was a fire that took out the AVIONICS bay, quite possibly it took out the radios and navigation equipment. That would have made it impossible to communicate with the ground via the radios. Might have taken out the autopilots ability to fly the airplane hence the turns noted. IF it was a fire, have to ask what started it? Was it terrorism or something else? I bet they have a good idea but aren’t saying.
If the avionics caught fire, why would there be smoke in the bathroom 1st before it was detected near the avionics? Smoke would be smelled by the pilots, and mentioned?
The 360 maneuver shows a pilot or the pilots made an attempt to exit the flight lane to recover the aircraft without jeopardizing other flights. I suspect no pilot involvement in the tragedy, if indeed it was terrorism.
So, the telemetry can report, but the pilots can’t communicate? And the avionics are the source of telemetry, and it’s on fire and reporting?
