Dallas teen gets 38 years for murdering Iraqi immigrant who was enjoying first snowfall

An 18-year-old Dallas man was sentenced Tuesday to 38 years in prison for murdering an Iraqi immigrant who had gone outside to enjoy his first glimpse of snow.

A guy with the street name 'Kaca' snitched on Nykerion Nealon. Nykerion said it was his AK-47 but someone else pulled the trigger. His friend Quantarious said Nykerion did it.
