The selective service card says that he was in the USA in 1967...almost 1968.
I have not been able to find a marriage certificate, and I’ve been reading that no one has.
It should have been announced in some newspaper, but I suspect that the Canadian birth certificate suggests that Eleanor and Rafael had never officially married.
