Why would Putin be holding this back? What’s he waiting on? I read somewhere that Wikileaks has stuff, too. I see no advantage for Putin if Hillary was elected and she let the MB take over the West.

Some of us here have said this from the beginning, that ISIS was a joint Turk/Saudi/State Department operation from the beginning. They became an embarrassment, but Obama protected them as long as he could. The Turks continue to support them.
Their purpose was to bring down Assad, and drive a physical wedge between Iran and Syria. This made total sense if you were going to prepare for war with Iran, to shut down their window to the Mediterranean by taking out their ally Syria. It made little sense if you were planning to help them develop their nukes.
Once they started chopping off heads on camera, it became a PR problem for Obama but he continued to try to protect them, and for a long time the war against them was a series of pin-pricks. Now that they have become such a political embarrassment, and now that Iran is in the fight, we have started to increase the level of attacks.
We have shifted our support to the Syrian “rebels” which it turns out they self-identify as Al Qaeda.
Interesting that this comes out. I wonder if it gets any traction with the mainstream press.

Haney's disclosures should be made 'loud and clear'. . .and those guilty held accountable for what are essentially, treasonous acts against America.
