We will see. Parts of London have already reported. And there is still a large number of votes to come from the Midlands, which could offset London. Brexit is winning, but still a third of the vote to come.
It is futures...Not sure how heavily traded DOW Mini futures are. I am going to look at currencies—that may be where the real action is.

Been reading a lot of comments from members in the UK tonight.
Their system is quite different from ours. If the people vote for Brexit, MPs most likely will not vote the other way. I’ve been reading the whole thread, a lot from UK on this thread. Maybe some will chime in.
Politicians who ignore the will of the people commit political suicide.
That said, Brexit will be a messy, prolonged process.

It means nothing without UKIP coming to power.
I remember watching a similar election in which I had no dog in the hunt. Years ago, Quebec voted on secession from Canada.
Election results were being presented by the excellent CBC News Reader Peter Mainsbridge and analyst Rex Murphy.
It was compelling to watch. At one point, only 400 votes separated the sides. I used that as my example on what to tell people when they say their vote doesn’t count.
Our city recently had an electoral tie. It took months to resolve. Had my college son bothered to get an absentee ballot, the tie would not have occurred. He learned his lesson and got absentee quickly for the primary.
