Had a wicked URI/cold back in May. This is the first thing that came to mind. First time I almost considered going to the hospital...it was that bad... and it lingers. I don’t want to do a doc visit because that costs me 120 out of pocket (along with my $585 monthly premium)
You’re endangering the rest of us not to mention yourself by not treating that, whatever it is. If viral not much typically can be done but rule out strep and other bacterial infections with a culture (if still active).
