Sen. Mike Lee on Wednesday cited Donald Trump's use of a baseless tabloid report that Ted Cruz's father helped conspire to kill President John F. Kennedy as a reason he has yet to endorse the presumptive Republican nominee in a heated exchange.

Thank you. I honestly never thought I would see the day that a 100 rating Conservative Senator was getting trashed like this on FR. It appears that Conservatism has been sacrificed to Populism on what was once a stalwart Conservative site.

Trump never said anything remotely attached to the words Mike Lee claims he said.

Rafael never denied he was in the photo.

Ted never denied it was his father in that photo.

No one, anywhere, said it was a photo-shop. Not even the media.

Ted through a tantrum because the photo surfaced.

Ted slobbered furiously a NON-DENIAL denial.

Trump had simply identified Oswald as the JFK assassin and pointed out the picture together was taken before the assassination, for those who didn’t know.
