ChristianMingle.com, an online dating service for Christian singles, must start allowing people to seek out same-sex relationships under a judge-approved settlement. ChristianMingle only required new users to specify whether they’re a man seeking a woman or a woman seeking a man. Two gay men filed class-actions claims against the site’s owner, California-based Spark Networks Inc., claiming that the site’s limited options violated California’s anti-discrimination law, The Wall Street Journal reported. State law requires businesses to offer “full and equal” accommodations and services to people regardless of their sexual orientation.

14th Amendment, Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
But regarding so-called, politically correct LGBT “rights," note that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect politically correct LGBT “rights.” So this thread is another example of low-information, pro-LGBT activist California state government officials unthinkingly and wrongly using constitutionally unprotected LGBT “rights” to trump constitutionally enumerated protections, 1st Amendment-protected religious express and free speech in this example.
Also note that the Founding States had constitutionally prohibited both the federal and state governments from establishing protected / privileged classes as evidenced by the following clauses.
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States [emphasis added]: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.
Article I, Section 10, Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility [emphases added].
So pro-LGBT officials in both federal and state government are also effectively unthinkingly violating the Constitution’s prohibition on elite classes as much as they are violating 14A imo.
Finally, regarding Christians using their constitutional rights to protect themselves from unconstitutional harassment from both federal and state governments, low-information Christians first need to learn about those rights, and then consider that Acts 22:23-30 shows that Paul claimed his rights as a Roman citizen to save himself from being flogged.
Deny funds to any state or locality that discriminates against Christians and failing to recognize the Constitutional right of religious liberty.

Understand that all of this is to destroy Western Civilization and its foundation, Biblical Christianity; once you accept that premise, all of the apparent inconsistencies of the Left, e.g., not only pro-homoerotic but also pro-mohammedan, make sense.
They should either investigate relocating to another State, or shut down.

I disagree: They are leftists, and the goal is to destroy Christianity and conservatism. Attacking fellow leftists (which is what devout Muslims are), and ones who hate Christianity and conservatism even more so, is counter-productive to the agenda being pursued.
Anyway, they would be scared of doing so. The Muslims fight back - and fight back often violently - unlike the Christians of today who are not violent and don’t fight at all.
