Sec'y of State Hillary Rodham Clinton decides to host her official communications on a private server. Why? It is clear that she was anticipating having something to hide from the American people before even taking office. Hence, she made damn sure that such communications would be stored on a server that was under her complete control -- rather than government control that would be subject to exposure via the Freedom of Information Act.
Then when a planned Islamic terror attack on our foreign diplomatic missions took place, her Department denied repeated requests for added security before, gave orders to our military assets to stand down during, then fraudulently characterized these attacks as spontaneous reactions to a "terrible, horrible video that we had NOTHING to do with" afterward. The quickest official response to the Benghazi attacks was to perp-walk one of the producers of said video, making it clear that Shari'a de-facto trumps the 1st Amendment.
The fact that these decisions were taken within weeks of an upcoming Presidential election was no coincidence.
Given all of this, what possible investigation outcome could we expect from a Justice Department that is lead by those appointed by a President who benefited from this cynical coverup? This farcical theater has further pushed what was once a nation of laws that much closer to being what Ayn Rand called an Aristocracy of Political Pull.
The law in this country is applied differently, based upon political connections, wealth and membership in a politically favored demographic.
If Hillary Clinton becomes the next PoTUS, America will sink deeper toward Third World tin-pot dictatorship status.
What happened to Guccifer? Is he going down the memory hole?
If Hillary is elected, Putin has ALL of her emails and will BLACKMAIL her to no end. We're going to see the old USSR come back to life because she will do NOTHING to stop it.
I guess FBI wasn’t also looking into the corruption that Hillary used her office to boost the bank account of the Clinton Foundation too...

BTW and for the record, the notion of ‘it wasn’t classified at the time but now it is’ is A TOTAL LOAD OF CRAP. Information is BORN CLASSIFIED and never or extremely rarely does information start out unclassified then becomes classified later.
Comey previously stated that much of the forensic reconstruction was based on recovered data fragments residing on hard drives.
How can one reconstruct server access by professional espionage agents from a hard drive full of data segments.
Guccifer reportedly struck a plea bargain with the FBI to cooperate in their investigation. I guess his role in all this is no longer relevant.
Those who think she will walk away from this have to explain how this all just goes away. It won’t.
It is clear why the IT guy was given limited immunity. It was to protect him from questioning.

Not a “new revelation” but it certainly emerged clearly from the investigation: Hillary Clinton can do pretty much anything she chooses, legal or illegal, and she will never be prosecuted.
So many crimes she committed. Comey is a sickening POS.
I wonder if part of his "deal" was to clam up about hacking Hillary.

Think of the power this all indicates for The woman as President. All power will reside formally in the White House. Before the election we still pretend that Congress has some input and the People have some input. After the election there will be no more pretense. The main question will be When does the blood start to flow?
47% of the public wants free stuff and will vote for her no matter what.
The media declares any mention of this after today as "old news" and buried. Attempts by Trump or anyone else in the GOP to discuss it will be spun by the media as "sour grapes." A certain segment of the "conservative" media (actually GOPe) will either agree with that spin, or just keep harping on how "Trump is just as bad or worse."
That is enough to get her elected.
And whether or not she is elected, Obama has the pardon all written up for December 31. If she won the election, he rationalize the pardon as "heeding the will of the voter." If she lost he rationalizes it as "healing the nation and moving on."
She walks.
