Last year THIS CLIP was sent to Trey Gowdy's investigators after speaking with them on the phone.
Twice I called FBI field offices in my area, Los Angeles and Riverside, to offer the clip. They were not interested. Subsequently, it was sent to several members of the Justice Department and the FBI in Washington, DC.
After the news of a special hearing with Comey, I called Jason Chaffetz' office to make sure they had the video before today's hearing. The office transferred me to an investigator, who gave me the email to send it to him -- reporttoogr@mail.house.gov.
So the powers that be have the clip that clearly shows Hillary's intent ---- SHE DID NOT WANT TO USE EMAIL BECAUSE OF ALL THE INVESTIGATIONS.
Why haven't the Republicans used this clip?

CONCLUSION--The Export Administration Regulations (EAR) apply to all "U.S. persons" (defined to include individuals and companies located in the United States and their foreign affiliates).
The provisions are intended to prevent United States citizens and companies being used as instrumentalities of a foreign government's foreign policy.
Offending persons are subject to the EAR law when their activities relate to the sale, purchase, or transfer of goods or services (including the sale of information) within the United States or between the United States and a foreign country.
This covers exports and imports, financing, forwarding and shipping, and certain other transactions that may take place wholly offshore.....and/or across the borders with private donors to the Clinton Foundation in exchange for influence on U.S. policy.

Was watching the hearing and specifically focused on what and how Comey was answering very logical questions about the FACTS that Hitlery committed indictable crimes.
Comey was stepping all over himself and contradicting himself and basically saying that OTHER PEOPLE who did what Hitlery did are PUNISHABLE but Hitlery is NOT PUNISHABLE based on the “facts’. Facts that she committed crimes.
Two systems of justice. Comey should be fired and Hitlery should be punished. The precedent that is being set is an absolute disaster for this country.
FBI Director Comey is a man on a high wire performing without a net, he has to be extremely careful neither lose balance nor show any trepidation. He did in fact lay out a pretty good case for indictment, but he failed to recommend prosecution.
It is up to the court of public opinion.
Try to remember when it comes November.
