Any GS-4 level government employee who has been the subject of an FBI background check and entrusted with a security clearance designation would know that also, and a top-level 60-year-old employee who has not bothered to educate himself/herself appropriately in 21st Century technology should resign, return to the private sector, enjoy the grandchildren and stay away from government secrets which endanger the lives of their fellow citizens.
What small business owner would hire a Manager for his Accounting Company who lacked the basic knowledge necessary to see that the Company's customers' secrets were protected in the cyber world of today?

Why is this surprising? The narrative is that the FBI exonerated her. The AG has said no charges will be made. Hillary and her staff walk. why did Comey say only about 3 emails were classified when i found the following? was he trying to cover his backside from the heat of those who took umbrage at his failure to suggest an indictment?
