I think he’d be a plus in a number of ways. He probably will identify himself as a Democrat....but from the type of thirty years ago and not from the current group. This would attract a lot of older Democrats who are frustrated with the current platform.
He’d also be a plus in terms of the debate episode....bringing Trump up to a five-star level, and being ready for the one VP debate.
And I think from a foreign affairs level....he knows more than the entire team around Obama presently.
Dems were just as big Socialists and Communists in 1986 as they are now, they’re just more openly degenerate than before.
This is exactly why I looked up this news article here. I wanted to re-iterate this fact. Sometimes I think it isn't said enough. The dem party, while annoying at times in the past, wasn't completely corrupted by the libs and progs as it is now.
