I like Pat too, but he’s 77 and of course has no experience in elected office.

I’m just wary of young folks. See Quayle, Palin, Ryan, Edwards. They just don’t have the gravitas in publics eye I don’t think.

Jeanine Pirro MUST be Press secretary.

Pence or Alan West for VP.

Newt is an eye sore & annoying. He should stay in background.

I believe Nixon announced Agnew after Nixon was the official nominee, but correct me if I am wrong.

Trump-Santorum makes more sense than all these other combinations mentioned. And, yes, I know Santorum ran miserably in 2006.

Hillary already made the wrong, disastrous top choice — herself...

The GW Bridge reference was an inside the NYC Metro area joke. There was a scandal after the last NJ Gov election involving a Christie campaign staffer creating a massive traffic jam on the GW Bridge to *somehow* benefit Christie. As noted already, the GW Bridge is a major thoroughfare between NY/NJ used by a LOT of NJ commuters/voters.

I wish he’d do the unconventional thing and announce his VP pick during the Dem’s convention. That would be fun to see him take the thunder right out of Hillary.

Pence would be a great VP, with much experience to “guide” Trump. My preference is Newt, who might just be a better Guide, with a better understanding of history, as well as experience as successful Speaker of the House, which ain’t a bad resume.

Please no Newt. I would be happy with Allen West or Cruz. Since the BLM BS Allen West has risen to the top of my picks.

Agree. Allen West would be fantastic. Lefties would faint.

I’ve pretty much convinced myself that Duncan Hunter is the one. He could smooth tensions with the NeverTrumpers; he’s from Cal (although i don’t know how popular he is there); and he’s was the first Congressman to endorse Trump back when it wasn’t cool to endorse Donald Trump (in Feb).

Nope, sorry I didn't snap that great photo, but it's widely used.

Free Republic Founder: #NeverTrumperism Is a Losing Proposition – Will No Longer Be Tolerated

“Our most immediate task we must undertake at this time is keep corrupt, godless, treasonous, America-hating communists like Hillary Clinton out of power.”

Jim Robinson, the founder of popular conservative internet discussion board Free Republic that was founded in 1997, threw his support behind Donald Trump for president on Thursday.

Donald Trump won the Republican party nomination last week after his blowout win in Indiana.

Free Republic was a bitter battle ground for pro-Trump and pro-Cruz supporters this year.

Jim posted this earlier today:

NeverTumperism is a losing proposition. Keep the communist bitch out by supporting Trump!

Posted on 5/12/2016, 2:53:58 PM by Jim Robinson

Your vote. Use it or lose it.

It’s not clear if he was talking about Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders in his post?

Jim Robinson also announced #NeverTrump recruiting and anti-Trump activities would no longer be tolerated at Free Republic.
