Do you qualify for unemployment if you were fired?I have been told here on FR you can't if you are fired for cause. However, I know people who have.

Yes, if it is a performance issue and this SJW could easily claim that. It also depends if the employer wants to spend time to try to deny them. Usually if the employer doesn’t show up for the hearing the employee wins.

It depends on how long you were employed. Also, seeing how she is of the right ethnicity, her sisters at the unemployment office will take care of her.... if you know what I mean.
