Newt just made Ted look like a bigger jerk...it was brilliant.
He didn't endorse Trump, but in "coded words" actually told his followers to NOT vote for Trump! It was THE worst speech I have EVER heard at a convention and my salad days are very much behind me!
Unlike Adlai Stevenson, who sounded great, but when you read his speeches, they were AWFUL, Cruz's speech was SH*T ON BURNT TOAST!
Sounds to me he is right now making his case for that cabinet position.

It played out already. Cruz was booed off the stage. To shut the sob up, they sent TRUMP into the hall, cut the dang micrphone and threw up the video of the TRUMP kids.
