(Full title): The Hillary email scandal keeps getting uglier: 3 key aides got messages clearly marked ‘Top Secret’
Emails marked “top secret” were sent from Hillary Clinton’s private server to the email addresses of three of her top aides.
They included 22 such emails in seven email chains sent to Jacob Sullivan, Cheryl Mills, and William Burns, according to State Department documents obtained by Vice News on Friday.
The 22 emails were originally held back from emails received by Vice News in response to a 2015 Freedom of Information Act request it made because releasing them to the public would have caused “exceptionally grave damage” to national security.
“Seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received,” FBI Director James Comey said in his report. “These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters.”
The emails were not put under a higher level of classification after the fact, according to Comey’s report.
The purpose of the free press clause of the First Amendment was to keep an eye on people in power and maintain a check on corruption.
Testifying before Congress, AG Lynch dodged, bobbed, and weaved on a simple question:
Is it illegal to hand off classified materials to someone who does not hold a security clearance?

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s personal counsel and chief of staff Cheryl Mills replied at least 189 times with variations of “I don’t know” or “I don’t recall” during a deposition about the Clinton email scandal, a transcript of the deposition reviewed by Breitbart News shows.
The deposition, conducted by government watchdog group Judicial Watch, lasted about seven hours. As such, Mills’ consistent failure to remember any significant details is worrying. This deposition came in a case separate from an FBI investigation into the homebrew email server system that Clinton created. As of now, there are at least 147 FBI agents investigating the Clinton email scandal.
This is not the first scandal Mills has found herself in with the Clintons. Mills has been closely involved with the Clintons since the 1990s, serving as former President Bill Clinton’s counsel during his impeachment proceedings over the Monica Lewinsky and Paula Jones scandals. Comey stated quite clearly that there was no evidence that any of the emails got hacked, nor evidence of intrusion into her computer.
Does that mean that Comey lied to the public when he made his statement on TV ?
Since when does some official claim ignorance about "Top Secret" matters on their computer, and then the investigation says "there was no evil intent" ?
Whatever happened to "Ignorance of the law is no excuse" by trained, professional State Dept. officials, who should know better ?
It's no wonder that the "Law of the Land" has been violated so consistently by this administration, with no accountability, or responsibility !

Yes, I suppose. More precisely, it was to prevent the government from shutting down the press, but it does not prevent the government from co-opting the press.

2) Jake Tapper of CNN colluded with the DNC. They gave him questions to ask his interview guests.
3) MTP's Chuck Todd of NBC was also colluding with the DNC and put pressure on others at the network to go easy on Democrats at the DNC’s request.
4) The New York Times co hosted parties with the DNC. This is against the law by the way.
5) Hillary Clinton setup a slush fund through the DNC to launder donor money.
6) The DNC actively colluded with the media to work against Bernie Sanders.
